Mara hugged herself and looked at the feet in front of her instead of looking around at all. She could smell the sterile hospital cleaner and hear the various beeping sounds of different machines. Mara hated hospitals; she wasn't really sure why they just always seemed like a creepy place to be, she almost ran into the back of the female doctor when she stopped outside Dante’s room.
