Areiza wipes the water on her face with her hand and sat on the bathtub. She looked at Darren who stood at the door with his half-naked body. He was not that heavy muscled, but taut and slander. “How long are you planning to stay there?” Darren's low voice fell into her ears.

Areiza looked at the closed bathroom door and felt like her heart was still beating very fast. Thinking about how Darren looked just now, she felt like her face became hot.
Areiza patted her cheeks and shook her head to chase those thoughts out of her mind. She went to the cupboard, took out her clothes, and get changed.
As she was changing her clothes, she heard the sound of the phone ringing. Looking at the direction of the sound, she saw that it was Darren’s phone. When her eyes fell on the caller ID on the screen…
Areiza's heart sank. Looking at Hallie’s name on the screen, her heart turned cold. The thought of the man she loved belonging to someone else, made her heart very painful.
Not long after Darren came out of the bathroom. He stood in front of the mirror and wipe his hair. However, she was no longer in the mood to look at him. The more she looked at him the more pain she felt in her heart.
Areiza took her wet clothes and went to the bathroom to put them in the washing machine.
Before leaving she looked at Darren and said, “Hallie has just called you.”
Darren paused, looked at her but he just nodded and didn’t say anything.
When Areiza came out of the bathroom, she saw that Darren going out of the room while talking on the phone… She seemed to hear Hallie’s name.
Who else can make him go out in such a hurry other than Hallie? Areiza thought.

Darren looked at the dim lights of the bar and entered slowly. Just now when Hallie called him, she had told him that she was not feeling well. He rushed out of the house to go there…
But he doesn’t know, when he sits inside the car, he didn’t want to go over. So, he just called Hallie’s doctor and asked her to go over. But he also didn’t want to go home…
In the end, he called his few friends and came here for a drink…
“Darren, there you are. We are waiting for you so long.” Jason spoke as he put his hand around Darren’s shoulder.

Darren didn’t say anything and started to pour herself another glass of wine.
“Let me guess.” Jason came over, looked at Darren’s face, and spoke, “I think it was because he is too greedy… He wanted to marry Hallie, but he didn’t want to leave Areiza… right?”
Darren, hear his words but didn’t say anything… Because deep down in his heart, he knows that he was right…

As Darren was playing, Jason looked at him and asked, “Darren, let me ask you something?”
Darren didn’t say anything, and Jason continued…
“After you and Aria got divorced, do you mind if there is another person who try to pursue her?”
Hearing this, Darren looked at Jason with cold eyes.
