‘A field of delicious chaos.’
If I were asked to describe my kitchen in a sentence, that would be the first response I would give. To say it was a total disaster was, to say the least. To be honest, I am beyond terrified at the sight of it. I would have to ask the housekeeper over to clean up this mess.
For now, I was home alone. Liam went out to help me with grocery shopping, as I had cramps a while ago. Now that I was feeling a bit better, I decided to make him his favorite cookies and smoothie as a surprise.
I couldn't wait to see the surprise look on his face. I might even take it a step further and cradle beneath the duvet and allow the amazing scent of the blooming goodies to confuse him a bit.
Chocolate cookies with choco chips and banana smoothies are his go-to... And then me, of course. We were his favorite thing in the world, and believe me when I say he would sacrifice anything for us.
