The hunters made protective covers with shields for themselves, thinking I was trying to shoot at them. “Khalid, let's make several openings.” I growled, and he immediately drew his arrow. Justin and two others joined in the challenge. “What are they doing?” The leader asked the moment he realized that we weren't concentrating on him. “Ending this madness, bastard.” I said, releasing the arrow. The arrows only made a little dent in the forcefield that was now visible.
