Vida drove slowly to Axel's house, and after she got there, she sat in her car in the parking area for a while before she decided to make it inside. She knew that Axel was not in the house but yet she did not want to go in. Her phone chimed, and she took a look at the text from her friend saying they were about to take off. She felt her heart tug a bit. She was truly happy that they were returning to their lives and making all of the decisions for themselves, but she could not help but feel left behind by the situation. She sighed and sent a reply before tossing the phone into her bag and leaving the car for the house.She walked into the house, wondering what she was going to do with her time while she was living there.
