Roxanne's Point Of View

“Congratulations, my dear.” Doctor Madonna said to me, her face beaming with smiles. “You are two weeks pregnant.” She added. Of course I knew I was. I've been having continuous signs. The swollen face, the constant stooling and fatigue. All of it. And the first thing that came to my mind was the pregnancy. But I just needed to be sure.

“Thank you Doctor. Thank you.” I said with a fake smile on my face. There was absolutely no reason to be congratulated. It's not like I'm gonna be with the baby forever.

“Who's the father? Will he want the baby?”

Of course she still has no idea that I was Alpha Alejandro's breeder. Just like I told her weeks ago, she had believed that I was actually a maid in his house. But I wouldn't pretend not to know what she was aiming at. To her, I was too young to be pregnant. Maybe she was wondering if I wanted to get rid of it, especially as it was a norm to see a lot of young girls pregnant these days.
