Ricky’s POV

I knew deep down that I was running out of words and most importantly, I was running out of time to set this right as well. I hadn't told her yet but this was the third day and it was expected that my father would be returning home today or tomorrow at the very least.

It had taken me a couple of hours to try and come up with a plan but everything I tried to figure out had a loophole that I was certain she would weasel out of and I didn’t want that to happen.

I had come here hoping to have the perfect lines to convince her and bring her back to the side where he once knew she stood, but even though I had doubts about it I could change her mind. I was thoroughly disappointed in my brothers but most especially in myself.
