Last night, the screams coming from the basement echoed through the mansion, chilling my bones with every agonized cry. I knew without being told that it was Ignacio in that basement and it was Russel who was orchestrating the torture.

It had taken every ounce of my resolve to ask Vincenzo to intervene, because even though they all didn't exactly agree with Russel's madness, none of them seemed to care for Ignacio either. According to Nikolai, it was Russel who Ignacio wronged most, so whatever fate Russel decided for him was exactly what he was going to get.

But knowing how much fun he usually resolved from torture, Kegan agreed Ignacio needed saving, at least so that Russel doesn't kill him before they even get anything tangible out of the man.

On my part, I needed answers about my father, and a dead Ignacio wouldn’t give me that closure, so I didn't stop pestering Vincenzo until he agreed to intervene.
