Jada

Life had pretty much bounced back to normal immediately after the awkward brunch with my family.

Ivy had made me relieve the whole night again simply because she claimed she wanted to know exactly how things went down just incase she needed any knowledge from the act.

“Jada, would you just fucking spill the bean already. Everyone in this room has had sex before, yourself included, now get in with the story.” From the corner of my eyes, I could see mother and father cringe at her words but neither of them dared to correct their golden child for being so crass with her language.

Deciding to spare them the horror of hearing how a child lost her virginity, I decide to downplay the whole experience. “Ivy, it was just the regular priming and penetration.”

I wasn’t about to tell my parents that my brother-in-law had gone down on me with his mouth. The mouth he would kiss Ivy with on their wedding day.

A shudder ran through me.

“And how many rounds did you guys go? I’d it was just one, I am certain you would have been able to come back home yesterday instead of this morning. My goodness, did you guys fuck this morning too? Is he like sex starved.”

This time around, both parents could not hide their groans as they rose to their feet and walked away. Abandoning their barely touched meals. I just sat rooted with my head bowed fighting the blush off my face.

“Listen here you idiot,” Ivy suddenly snapped, causing my eyes to jerk up to her face.

“I can tell you fucked him without a condom. I just hope you don’t get pregnant, have you even gotten the morning after pill?” I shook my head. “I swear on my life Jada, if you ruin this for me, I’ll kill you myself. Now run along to a pharmacy to buy yourself the pill to kill whatever bastard has plans on growing inside you.”

I had bought the pill, taken it and hopefully killed the ‘bastard’ inside me after the breakfast and decided to get along with my day like nothing had happened before.

I went to get my favorite coffee.

“One cup of cappuccino and a mega burger.” I ordered before finding a table to sit and wait in.

My idle mind returned to Rowan Donovan, it was hard for it not to.

Rowan was a king around these parts, came from money, lived in a castle, has servants.

‘The king of North-hill the tabloids called him. He was powerful, rich and super influential that it was hard to ever come across him. Oh but I did, and gave him my virginity.

I guess he was more into women than those mosey journalists knew. They had claimed that he was gay since he hadn’t be quick to dive into an extravagant pussy-fest after the death of his wife. An event that had happened five years ago.

Half the population of our city expected him to get married almost immediately after her death but it hadn’t happened that way and so they did the next best thing they could.

Slapped on a label and ran with it. Rowan himself wasn’t bothered and now I knew why, what man would be scared of the tabloids if he had such prowess.

Rowan’s parents were a different case entirely. They needed to salvage the situation and pushed for marriage to a gurl from a respectable family and so mine grab the offer with both hands. After all we had always been seeking a change to climb the social ladder, what other way was there except through an arranged marriage.

Rowan’s parents had requested a virgin bride, something Ivy was not and so I, the spare child, had to play a role in it and surrender my hymen.

I already very uncomfortable about the future dinners. I’d always seat across from him with the knowledge that he had disflowered me without even knowing it was me. I’d watch them grow old together, have kids and all the rest knowing that I had spread my legs as the sacrifice to let that happen.

My order arrived just before I could further cry over spilled milk. Just because it had happened and I couldn’t change a thing doesn’t mean I can’t mourn it.

I quickly have my meals and clear my bills before heading to the library. The only place that could cheer me up on times like this.

*

The librarian, Mrs Grotto was a nice old lady with an appearance that screamed otherwise. On first glance, one would assume she was the wicked witch of Oz but once you get to know her, you’ll realize that even Snow White could not be kinder than she was.

“Mrs Grotto,” I greeted warmly, handing her a bag of her favorite candies which I purchased off the store across.

“Oh my dear Jada. It’s so good to see you today, you’re glowing.” She too the bag and pulled me in a hug.

“It’s Tuesday, what on earth are you doing here today?” She asked and I gave her a sad smile and shook my head.

I wasn’t going to tell her that I was sad because I had regretted a decision I had taken.

“I am just looking for a really romantic read. I just want to read about people living out the life I can only dream of.”

“Now now, don’t say that. You can snoop around the romance section for whatever you like dear. I’ll even close my eyes and let you borrow a book or two without adding it to your tab.” She winked at me and I winked back.

“Thank you so much, I’ll take you up on that offer, but I’ll like to read one here before I leave,” I said and she shrugged pushing me in the familiar direction of my favorite books.

*

“Your father had requested that you come down for dinner now,” a servant informed me while I busied myself with one of the novels Mrs Grotto had lent me.

“I’ll be down in a minute,” I told her instead of asking why they wanted to have a family dinner for the first time in forever. I guess my sacrifice had changed quite a number of things.

I slipped on my slippers and pulled my hair up back in a bun and went for the dinner.

“Good, you’ve finally arrived. Your mother and I were wondering if we were going to have to come up there to fetch you ourselves.” Father said, as I sank into my seat.

I could see the sticky chicken in Mother’s plate, my favorite and so I don’t bother to answer him as I dive into my meal.

The rest of the family finally begin eating, including Ivy who kept shooting me glares.

“We have sad news from the Donovan’s Jada,” father spoke after everyone had concluded their eating.

“And what is that news father?” I asked, wanting to know what had gone wrong.

  • A Substitute Wife For The Billionaire CEO    I'm Sorry

RowanI laid back even further into the chair, face unyielding, drawing my eyes to slits. I watched her with narrowed attention, not letting her out of my sight, almost like a hawk.“I asked a question, Jada.” I said coolly, voice cold as ice. She was being silent again. I hated her silent act. It shook me to my core. My face hardened at the thought, watching her stand there. She leaned on the bathroom door, staring at me, towel lingering a little too high up. Gorgeous as hell. I close my eyes, expression unchanging. She stopped, lips curling into the most mysterious smile. I watched her play with her fingers, slow and sure, courage evident in her mannerisms. I shifted a little. “Say you didn't like it. Say it. I want to hear it fall from your,” She paused, giving me a once over from miles away, her smile laced with even more mystery. It needed no interpretation, none at all. I shifted again. She marched towards me, clearly with intent, the towel swishing around her thighs, water d

  • A Substitute Wife For The Billionaire CEO    Longing and Explanations

JadaIt'd been days since I'd last spoken to him. Days since I looked at myself right, since I'd valued myself. I looked down at my pajamas, legs strewn with sheets, disappointment washing over me. Tears crawled upwards again, threatening to spill over if I didn't get a hold of myself. I breathed. It was not what I'd envisaged when I'd thought of a second night. Absolutely not. It was not what I had in mind when I'd daydreamed on the car ride home. I'd imagined slow, soft touches, smiling softly as he treated me as fragile as he could. He hadn't been even the tiniest bit nice, hadn't even bothered with me. I was still healing from the damage, my abdomen hurting whenever I tried to stand. My heart sank with disappointment, eyes dancing opposite me. He lay there, eyes closed and body facing me in a sideways position. He layed spaces away from me, sleeping. Simply, ordinarily so. I breathed again. He felt remorse. I knew it. I just didn't know where exactly to even begin from. After

Rowan I came, staying inside of her as I poured. I stayed inside her a little longer, utterly comfortable inside of her. I came off eventually, her body unresponsive, the room eerily quiet. I checked her pulse, mildly afraid. Though light, it was present. I heaved a sigh of relief, laying beside her still tied body, hand on her boob. Her pleas played fresh in my mind, feeling myself going hard again at the thought. I ran my hand down her chest, playing around with her breasts. No response. I'd fucked her unconscious. I smiled. This was just the beginning. I rose up, nice and early, throwing on clothes and turning the lights on. I climbed the bed, checking her pulse again to make sure she wasn't dead. I untied her, unravelling the rope from under her, and pulling her legs closed. I returned the rope to its proper place, needing water. I left her there, untied and legs closed, not even bothering with a duvet. I saw no reason to, Patrick fresh in my mind as I walked off. I gr

  • A Substitute Wife For The Billionaire CEO    Rowan Please.

JadaI don't know what I expected, but this was definitely not it. He sat still, looking out the window as soon as we entered the car. The car sped off as he leaned further to his door, completely ignoring me. Tension thick in the atmosphere, I breathed, long and deep. My mind drifted back to the kiss, slow, soft and passionate at the same time. How it was just us, together, needing nothing but the other. I smiled as my body ached, yearning to experience him again. I reached out, placing my hand on his thigh, stroking lightly. Needing some sort of reciprocation, I sent my smile his way, beaming at him in the back seat. He smacked my hand, looking out the window as soon as he did. “Conduct yourself, Jada.” He scolded me, not even bothering to look at me. I stopped, confused yet disappointed. I ignored him, facing my side of the car and staying silent. He was probably just annoyed from events in the wedding. It wasn't very hard to get on his bad side. My mind wandered back to the w

JadaI'd never hated Rowan more than these past three days. He'd gone on with the preparations, not a care in the world for how I felt, or was. I'd gone dress picking, wine tasting, and food sampling all within the following day. If anything, I felt worse than I did before the incident. My body hurt deeply as I opened my eyes, the wedding finally upon us. I rose from the bed, dread filling my stomach. At least there was something in there. I still hadn't eaten since I'd returned. I was on a fast to keep my fat as minimal as possible, since I could not be caged again after the incident. All I'd taken were salads and lots of water to keep me full. I'd gone to bathroom at least 50 times since yesterday. I sat in the tub, gathering my willpower as I soaked. I would push past this. Anything to get as far away from that house as I possibly could. I had to do this, it was more than a necessity. My mind wandered, his scent drifting into my thoughts. I rolled my eyes, taking to scrubbing my

  • A Substitute Wife For The Billionaire CEO    Marrying Revenge.

Rowan Lunch’s venue was at mum’s favorite place. That was how I knew she was in a good mood. To her, I had discovered the unbroken hymen, broken in and spent the night in another woman’s embrace and so I was smitten. She wasn’t wrong about anything else but the last. I wasn’t smitten, I was more
