Dean growled out, then rushed into the room to see if what Karina had just said was true.

"Betty," Dean's wolf whimpered. He fell to his knees after seeing the only woman that he ever loved, looking half dead.

"This is all your fault!" Dean got to his feet in an instance and charged at Gloria.

She wasn't fast enough to move out of the way, so whatever weird energy Dean let out hit her in the chest.

"Mother!" Karina changed one of her hands into a paw and clawed after Dean.

He moved out of the way of Karina's attack, and let out the same energy.

"That's enough!" Harlow stepped in front of Karina, observing the energy in her hands.

"And who are you to have a say in this?" Dean roared.

Harlow hissed at Dean, the same time Gore pinned him down on the floor. “She is my mate, which means she is Luna and has a say in everything around here."

Dean stopped struggling to bow his head at Harlow. "I'm sorry, Luna. Beta. The situation of my mate caused me to lose my temper."
