The man she saw on the screen was the same man she met at the airport the day they were returning from abroad.

“Brother, is he our daddy?”

“I don’t know for now, but we need to confirm it.”

“How can we confirm it,” Lilly askeA

“We need a strand of his hair need to conduct a DNA test, to confirm.” Liam explained. “Do you have his contact information?”

“Oh no, I forget to collect it from him, but brother you should be able to see his contact details in your website, right?”

“His contact information is here, but I can’t contact him because we don’t know each other,”

“Oh! So how are we going to do it ?”

That’s the problem, I will come up with something soon, he is the president of Robinsons family corporation.” Liam explained.

Just then their mom called them down for dinner, Liam closed his laptop and they headed downstairs.

Seeing Shane Williams and Stephanie sitting in the dining room waiting for them, Lilly ran to Shane Williams and sat down next to him . Her serious expressions transforming into a playful one. “Grandpa you are back? How was work today?”

Looking at the cheerful girl Shane Williams smiled. “Work was great, so how was your day at your mom’s company?”

Lily excitedly recounted every details of her day.

Liam on ther other side quietly walked over and sat beside Stephanie.

Stephanie glanced at the both of them, “what took you guys so long?”

Before Liam could answer Lily beat him to it. “Mom we were just chatting about big brother’s girlfriend.? Lily said and flashed Stephanie a big smile, before giving his brother a knowing look.

Liam “….”

What kind of excuse is that? Is this not pushing him to the battle line.

Stephanie turned to Liam. “So yyou have a girlfriend now and mommy is not aware of it, keeping secrets now, huh?”

“No mommy, that’s not true, I don’t have a girlfriend,Lily is lying that’s not what we were discussing about.” Liam quickly denied.

Stephanie’s pretty face carried a hint of a smile, teasing, yet playful as she asked.. “So what were you too chatting about?”

“Umm….”

Seeing him unable to defend himself, Lily smiled and quickly added. “Mommy, you can see, I was not lying, we were really chatting about Liam’s girlfriends in school.”

Stephanie chuckled softly at the sound of that. “Girlfriends, huh? So we are not even talking about one here?”

“Stephanie, they’re the ones chasing after me, because I’m to handsome, and they can’t resist my charm.”

Stephanie smiled. “Feeling so full of yourself now, huh?”

“But mom, that’s the truth.”

The atmosphere at the dining table became lively.

Meanwhile Jane was leisurely browsing designer clothes, handbags and jewelry in the mall, swiping the black card that Nathan had given to her on their wedding night.

By now the person she sent to kill Stephanie’s children must have accomplish the task, no one will threaten her position as Mr Robinson again.

Suddenly her phone rang, after seeing the caller ID , she went to a quitter area and casually answered the call. “What’s up? Hope you did a clean job? Jane ask softly.

She believed that the man was calling her to share the goodnews.

There was silence at the other end of the phone for a while before the person gradually speak up. “They’re still alive!”

Jane was stunned. “What? What do you mean by they’re still alive? How can Stephanie’s children still be alive? You promised me that you can take care of them and you’re now going back on your word.” Jane was so angry that she couldn’t vent it out.

“Jane why ddon’t you leave Nathan and come back to me , Nathan doesn’t love you, but I do , that’s why I’m willing to kill for you, yet you don’t want me, but kept forcing relationship on Nathan who doesn’t want you.”

Listening to the voice on the phone, Jane gritted her teeth in anger. “So, that it is? You didn’t kill Stephanie children so that Nathan will find out about them and divorce me right? I’m done with you, don’t call my line again.” With that she tried to hung up, but the person on the other end sense what was happening and quickly explained.

“Jane, listen is not what you think, just as I was about to hit them with the car, a guy came out of nowhere and saved them at the last minute.”

Jane heard this and her heartbeat increased. Could it be Nathan? Have Nathan found out about Stephanie children?

“W…which guy?” Jane stuttered.

“Really don’t know him, but I think he’s a foreigner?”

Hearing this Jane’s tense heart finally relaxed.

“Oh….” She mumbled.

“Then let’s carry on with plan B, I don’t need any mistake.” She ordered before hanging up the call.

Seeing the call ended , Jordy sighed, a hint of disappointment flashed in his eyes, Jane had always been like this, even though he was the one that took Jane’s virginity, she always chose other men over him, yet comes to him whenever she needs something.

Even now she wants him to kill Stephanie’s children, so she can continue being Nathan’s wife, neglecting his feelings for her. even after doing all this things for her, she will still choose some other men over him yet he couldn’t stop loving her no matter how he tried..
