Chapter thirteen

My body trembled at his harsh voice. His hands were now on his temples as he seemed to calm his anger down. My lips parted but I couldn't utter a word as his aura surrounded me.

"What on earth do you need me to do so that you listen to what I tell you to do?" This time his voice was somehow gentle as he spoke, his eyes on the window as if he avoided making eye contact with me.
