3. Rise of the shadow

In a small cottage in the middle of the forest, no one knew the name of the forest as it was not in any map, some group of people wearing black robe covering their head stood around a fire, they were seven of them, they kept chanting some words and no one could see each other face.

"they are getting close again" one of the shadow said, while the others kept quiet, the others kept looking at one of them who happen to be the leader, even without seeing his face, one could feel the dangerous aura he emits, 

" it is inevitable for them to come close, but we can prevent them from coming together, although the black stream clan feel they have defeated us, this shall be the rise of the shadow, just like their shadow we shall grow and follow them where ever they go" after saying that they all lift like wind and like shadows.

meanwhile at the meeting room Damian entered the meeting room to find the pack leaders waiting for him, the blue lake clan is one of the largest clan with more than twenty pack under their control, the closest to them is the black stream pack that has eighteen pack under them, Damian went to his sit and sat down opposite everyone, then he spoke, " is every thing ready" 

one pack leader Jake said,"yes your Majesty, everything is ready", Damian looked at him for some time and stood up " if anything goes wrong i will cut your body into pieces limb by limb, do you understand"

"yes alpha" Jake replied as Damian walked out of the office, Stephan dressed them on the other things and helped them double checked everything, he knew the full moon mating ceremony was not really a good day for him as that was the day his parents died, no body was on guard as every one was enjoying their mates, making a strong clan UN able to protect it Alpha and Luna. thus Damian has never participated in the mating ceremony.

Sophia and Lina arrived at country A airport and was picked by some pack members, Sophia was surprised with the tight security his uncle sent to them almost twenty men wearing black suit, white shirt and black tie were surround them, when she came out from the airport she saw fleet of bullet proof cars lined up, there was even a decoy car to prevent people from knowing which of the car she entered, she and Lina entered the car and the driver started driving

" why is uncle so extra, all of a sudden i feel like Thera, surrounded by bodyguard everywhere,"

Lina looked at her and smiled " he is just careful, i believe he doesn't want anything to happen to his niece" 

" I believe i am strong enough to kill anyone who tries to kill me and with you by my side we can defeat hundreds of creatures, even shadows" Sophia pouted

Lina looked at her and shook her head " and risk showing your powers to the world, way to go girl" Lina always know ways to shut her up and not complaining

Sophia was short of words she just kept quiet and laid her head on the chair facing the window to enjoy the beautiful view, but she still could not erase from her mind that her uncle would be extra careful, is her life still in danger she taught to her self, wondering if the shadows had not be defeated by his uncle, while Sophia was deep in her taught their fleet of vehicle arrived at the villa, she saw security everywhere but this time they were wearing normal cloth, she knew at once because she was highly trained and could differentiate the difference between an ordinary civilian and a trained man in one glance, their vehicle stopped at the front of the palace

The palace was beautiful and look like those in fairy tale books, with water fountain as high as never seen, the floor was laid with green carpet grass and some part with marble, even the walls reflected in the sun, Sophia dropped from the car, she saw her uncle and her two cousins standing close to him with their mother, Sophia ran to her uncle and hugged him, everyone was surprised by this gesture, but no one dear to speak, she hugged her two cousins who were older than her, then she got to her uncles wife, she tried to hug her but she stretched her hand towards her instead

" that is not how a lady should behave you are a princess for crying out loud" Joanna said, Alpha Justin sneered at her and invited Sophia to come inside holding her hand, he was followed by James and John her cousin, they both entered the palace to the living room.
