Chapter Forty-Four
"Woohoo!" Nuel's classmates hollered as we walked in together, smiling like lottery winners.
It was his first day back and was a Wednesday, a few handshakes and fist bumps here and there and we were at his desk.
His desk was already wiped clean and he sat, guiding me to his lap where I made myself comfortable.
"Hi." Evian from the other day appeared by his side, smiling graciously.
"Hello, can I help you?" He replied, a bit unwelcoming.
"I'm one of the new summer students and I was just really surprised as to how good looking you are." She shamelessly replied, even while aware of my presence.
"Thanks, if that's what gets you to sleep at night and can get your slut self out of here? as you can see I've got a queen. No bitches allowed." Nuel insulted with a cool face and a small smile before turning towards me, placing a kiss on my forehead as the onlookers hooted and cheered.

It was the last week of the holiday coaching and the seniors were so looking forward to the party in order to unwind. The after school WAEC lesson had commenced beginning from the day after tomorrow,we'd start off with the past questions. The time table had a slight change for the sake of the ss3 students. The hours of 11am to 1pm were for us to register for the upcoming JAMB exams and we were to accomplish that at various registration centres across the country. It was a matter of choice.I and my cousins chose a registration centre that was not too distant from the school. Aunty picked us up at eleven on the dot as she already had Rose in the car.
