Felix was an inches away and she will be hitted by the front of the car.
Felix was stunned by what he just heard and the reason for him to have a sudden stop at the middle of the road. The loud horns of the car make him fall from his bicycle.
All the cars in that road suddenly stop when they saw him fall from his bicycle. They've thought that he hot hit by the car. One of the concern driver step out from his car and run towards Felix who were still at the road.
The car who was about to hit him got shocked and mad at the same time so he didn't yet got a chance to step outside his car. Especially when he saw Felix fall fown from his bicycle.
When he finally step outside his car.
