Christov speaks as the door shuts, “something doesn’t feel right about Alpha Terrence and the way he’s acting, who is supposed to be watching him again, Chris?”

I nod, “yea, maybe things aren’t going smoothly with his mate?” I whisper, “she could be like yours.”

He scoots next to me his thigh rubs against mine, “well, if that’s the case, he’s a lucky man and should be acting like one,” he kisses the top of my hand. He tucks strand of my curls with my finger behind my ear, “Abi your too perfect for words, I have only admiration for you and only you little dove.”

“I’m scared Christov and I don’t want to be,” I say as I let out a breath.

His brows shoot up, “scared of me?”

I turn my head away from him, “of me and disappointing you.”

His hand cups my chin, and turns my head to look at him, “little dove, you could never disappoint me, unless you don’t want me and if that’s the case,” he shrugs, “you will disappoint me.”
