Isabella

Sun rays come through the curtains awakening me. I was drained out of energy, thanks to Ella as she shared her bed with me. Otherwise I had to sleep on the ground.

I feel much better today. I was determined, I'm going to make my staying here worth it.

So, I got ready for my day.

I went to the downstairs and to the kitchen. Like yesterday a pile of dishes was waiting for me. Instead of hearing anyone's order, I started to do my chores. Humming to my favourite songs and started my day.

" wow, someone is in good mood today," Ella teased me from behind. It was quite early so not many people were present in the kitchen.

"What you guys usually make for breakfast??" I asked her while minding my own business.

" Are you going to cook breakfast", she exclaimed excitedly.

" Umm, maybe".

Though the pack house is big enough to accommodate a good number of people but a lot of family live outside on their own house. So few high rank families, few omegas at service and the alpha family live here. Still there are more than 50 people who'll have breakfast.

" Yumm, you are such a good cook Bella, actually you are the best," Ella tasted a spoon of my special berry syrup for the pancake. In response I just smiled cause I know it's really taste good as it's in our Pack's special menu.

Suddenly Helen entered the kitchen fuming in anger. Ella scared by her presence went to a corner bowing her head.

" Who the hell give you the power to go against me and do things according to your will?"

" She didn't even asked for the menu"

" She wants to take your place"

Some of her acquaintances grumbled from behind putting oil on the fire.

" It's my household and everyone will follow rules only set by mine." She declared with hostility. I wonder why everyone is so crazy for having power and want to dominate others.

Things can be worse as I noticed everyone was having fun to see me suffer here. And others just ignore me not wanting to get into trouble.

But before Helen can say anything Austin entered the kitchen.

"Ummm, my stomach is grumbling with the sweet smell. What's for breakfast today, Helen. Wow, you are looking pretty."

He gave a side hug to Helen and complimented her. There were two more people with him, tall, mascular and good looking.

The angry woman is blushing like a teen girl now. An wink from Austin and a smile on my lips shows my gratitude towards him.

" Table will be set in five minutes, Beta." She said meekly.

After the breakfast everyone was busy with cleaning when we get the news that everyone is supposed to train from today. The few sets clothes I have wasn't appropriate for training and I didn't get the chance to bring mine. I tucked the oversized black tee into my trousers before leaving the room with Ella.

" Woah, I'm excited, it's the very first time I'm going to practice in the field."

Ella's excitement was written all over in her face. She is very different from the other omegas. A kind and bubbly girl.

In contrast with her positive energy, I was very nervous. It's been three days of my being here and I didn't step outside for a once. I have a little idea about the reaction of the people inside. But majority of the pack members live outside. I don't know how they'll react.

Moon howlers is indeed a big pack but I was in awe seeing their practice field. It was massive. People were gathered here and there. Young men were training. I saw people were eying me making me uncomfortable and conscious. I saw Monica entering the ground giggling with her gang. She was wearing a red sport bra matching with her designer leggings. Her tall slender figure looking enticing.Her eyes fall on me and her happiness got replaced with hostility.

" I don't know why Artemis want these weaklings to train with us. Training won't help them, they'll be weak forever." Her words quite insulting.

A man in her late thirties come forward gaining everyone's attention.

"He is the head warrior, Jacob", Ella wishpered nudging me .

His deep voice filled the air, " I don't want to elaborate as you all know Alpha want everyone training for two hours from now including omegas. Jemmy will train all the women from today. I hope you'll be sincere in your train session."

Jemmy was a young man, in his early twenties. Tall , tanned, bulky with sandy hair and blue eyes. Most of the men of Moon Howlers are the see worthy things. I saw girls were ogling at him .

" Ladies, are you ready. We'll start with a round. Warming up is important to have stamina," he said clapping, a charming smile on his lips. Girls cheered excitedly, he is a charmer too.

Three circle around the ground and my legs are already giving up. I looked at other, they,re enjoying following their handsome trainer indeed.

" Are you okay??" Ella asked concernedly.

"Yup."

" Two more rounds and we'll be done warming up", he said encouragingly.

After few squats, jumping and running I was out of breath, maybe few steps from collapsing. I never exercised this much in my whole life. Most of the time I spent in the pack hospital instead of the training field.

" Take a break and we'll start again."

My heart is racing fast, Ella passed a water bottle towards me.

I was just about to take a sip someone pushed me from behind. I fall forward, all the water on me and I'm on the dust dirtying me all over.

" Ouch, I'm so sorry. I didn't know you were there.", a fake concerned voice saying.

" Why you are saying sorry, it was obvious a nobody is invisible to everyone", Monica said mockingly.

People are always after drama so already good number of them were gathered there having fun.

" What is happening here, ladies ", Jemmy come to us.

" You are the new one, right," Jemmy's eyes on me.

" Everyone get back to the training". He commanded annoyingly.

I was still on the ground, " and you get up and get clean."

I took another glance at him, his eyes still on me. There's something in his looks, is it concerns?? I wonder why a complete stranger will be concerned about me. Maybe my illusion.But then surprisingly he stretched his hand for me,

" Come on."

Everyone was eying us, surprised as well.

I put my hand in his hesitatingly.

" Is this how you train your trainees??" A cold voice come from nowhere giving a shook in my heart. I didn't need to look at the intruder,

he was already there .
