An Accomplishment

Divine still couldn't believe what she heard as she was driving the car to the precinct to see Jacob. She knew that her mate would not be able to kill someone.

Her chest kept beating faster and faster as she approached the precinct where Jacob was taken. She was thinking about the condition of her mate. He was involved in a crime and an employee of their company was killed, so her mind was really a mess now.
