CHAPTER SEVEN

I still didn't get what Lohrton is saying. A battle between us and them? What's his pointing? It's 8 pm and the full moon was showing. I love how the full moon appears. But Lohrton, he's a little weird when he's walking. It seems like he's uncomfortable. 

I decided to sleep early so i fix my bed up and get ready. Still, Lohrton is still awake and just staring by the glass window. 

"You're not going to sleep early, Lohrton?" I asked him. He nodded and sighed, "I have to go somewhere, make sure you drop the curtains and cover the full window." He ordered. I nodded and decided to turn off the lamp before laying on bed. 

Lohrton did go outside and go somewhere. I did what he said, i closed the window by covering it with curtains.

"Why can't i sleep? And i can't believe Lohrton's not back yet." I annoyingly spoke. It's already 10 pm and i'm still not getting drowsy. What comes on my mind was Lohrton. I don't know why, maybe i'm a little concious on how he's not back yet despite of saying not to go outside to me. Is he disobeying his own rules? 

Being annoyed, i decided to go to the kitchen and made some warm milk. I don't know where Lohrton gets this grocery and frozen meats. Maybe he's going out every week and go to the supermarket? My thoughts was cutted by a sudden sound of low growling near at the backyard. 

I put my glass of milk at the table and follow the low growling until it's enough to hear. And i'm right, it's in the backyard. Afraid, i remembered what Lohrton said that there are predators in this forest. Curios, i did grab some knife and one of Lohrton's black leathered jacket and put it on. 

I silently open the door and close it. I walked noiseless and tried to hide myself in dark places or where dim lights are. When i almost reached the backyard, i heard the sound of growling—like the pain of growl. 

I peek. And i'm shocked to what i saw, i saw Lohrton changing into a monster. His white teeth turns into a white fangs that can break a bone, his back and spinal cord turns into a bent back of a dog and his head...it turns into the face of wolf! He's a freaking werewolf! 

Shocked, i accidentally dropped the knife that caused a rattle. There i saw Lohrton changed into a full werewolf and he saw me! He saw me staring at him! He's aqua blue eyes turned into a lighting blue. And those eyes, i remembered something. 

"P-Please don't hurt me!" I immediatly said as he start walking towards my place. His gaze has anger as if his going to eat me! As he continue walking towards me, i retreat. He's terrifying, all i can see is those eyes and those fangs. 

Then suddenly i was stumbled down because i stepped on a small stone. "P-Please." I begged on the werewolf who's starting to move closer. All of a sudden, he stopped for a moment then he look at me. 

"I told you to stay inside," Lohrton said in a husky and growling voice. "Go inside and sleep, everything you will see will be only a dream." 

He looked me in the eyes and stare at it.

Without hesitation, i followed him. I did go inside and fix myself to bed. On that night, when my eyes closed i fell asleep and the next morning was pretty normal.

"Hmm." I muttered. Looks like i have this pain in my back and my nape hurts. Also, my left foot and waist is twinging. God damn it, what did i do to i feel this pain shits? "Argh." 

I blinked my eyes twice and i saw that the curtains are hanging upwards causing the window to show the woods in the forest and dried leaves. I smiled, it's really genuine that the dried leaves is the most beautiful thing i can only see. 

"What a beautiful day," I said. "But it's a little not necause of this pain." 

I didn't even know what happened yesterday and even last night. All i know was i'm in pain. I tried to get up from being a sleepyhead, but i can't. My waist hurts and my stomach. I called Lohrton, "L-Lohrton! A little help here!" 

He suddenly came and stare. "What? What's the matter?" He asked in a cold way. 

"Can you, help me get up? My body hurts, i don't know why." I said to him. 

"Sure." He said and go to the right side of the bed to help me get up. But i'm a little heavy. And the next thing that happened was embarrasing!

I'm trying to get up but i ended up hooking Lohrton's back part of the knee and he fell down on me. He's face is infront of me and i can feel his breath!  He's body is in top of me and i can feel his light weight. I gulped, it's awkward and embarassing so i made the move. 

With all of my strength, i pushed him away. Making him almost fell to the ground but he balanced himself. "I'm s-sorry, i didn't m-mean to hook your knee." I apologized to him. He just nodded and help me get up.

I feel like all of my blood rushed up through my head that causes my face to heat up after that! Gosh! How can i not remember that or how can i forget about that? I sipped the coffee i made, still staring at the window. 

I watched as the dried leaves yesterday turns into green. It was spring. The season changed. The sunlight made it more beautiful. All i know, that i don't want to go home. I don't want to be out of this place.
