Chapter Four

CHAPTER FOUR

After a few more hours of trailing, the team suddenly stop and looked for a place to past the night. We ended up finding a flat surface that's full of dried leaves around and a right number of trees. 

"Okay, team," Boss Jan said. "We will stay here for a night. Grab your tents and start building it up." 

I grabbed my backpack and take the tent i used to bring when i'm hiking. I know how to build the tents easily so i finished first. 

"Wow!" Hannah suddenly exclaimed. "That's fast, Felicity! How did you do that?!" 

I smiled. "It's a scout thing." 

They finished their tents and i made a campfire to light the place. I did bring marshmallows too, to make smore's you know? I grab some clean wood sticks and tuck the mallows. 

"Hey, everyone! Grab your marshmallows and let's make smore's!" I happily offered to them. They all approach to the campfire and take their piece. We started to grill the mallows and started to talk.

"So, are you ready for some creepy stories?!" Hannah said excitedly. 

"Really?! I hate creepy stories!" Mariel exclaimed. Well, we can't blame her for being a scaredy-cat. "Oh come on! It's just once in a blue moon!" Hannah replied.

I smiled saying, "What if we just play something?" They all looked at me. Hannah answered, "Ooh! That's a good thing! Let's play truth or dare!" 

"Well, we don't have a choice. Girls always makes sense." Jonathan butt in. Boss Jan smirked while Achilles chuckles. They all sat in the sorrounding of campfire and use the bottle of beer they found somewhere.

"Okay, let's start. I'm going to spin the bottle first!" Mariel obtained the bottle. She started to spin the bottle and it was pointed to Jonathan.

"Okay Jonathan, truth or dare?" Mariel asked. "Dare." Jonathan answered bravely. Mariel gave him a suspicious look.

"I dare you to put dry leaves inside your tent and do not lose it for 24 hours," She said. "Or you'll be taking consequences!" 

Jonathan knew that Mariel is somewhat serious around this dare thingy. I can feel someone was watching and as i looked around, i saw something in the woods. A light blue eyes. When i blinked, it's gone. 

Because of the curiousness inside me, i walked to that place and search for something. I left them playing. 

"Felicity, where are you going?" someone called. It's Boss Jan.

"Somewhere, wait for me here. I gotta check something. Don't worry, i took my flashlight with me." I said and walked further. When the woods are getting darker, i opened my flashlight. 

"I know there's something around here. What is it?" I asked myself and continue walking. After a few more steps, i decided to head back to the camp. 

As i turn around, i can feel the presence once again but i just ignored it. I walked to get out of that place.

But when i tried to head back. I couldn't find the campfire anywhere. Afraid, i searched for it everywhere. This is not a scout thing, i thought to myself. I'm just wearing a jacket with a sleeveless shirt on and a hiking shorts. It's getting cold and more dark.

I continued searching even though i can see my breath because of the coldness. As i tried to head back, the rain suddenly poured!  Ah, shit! This is getting worse! 

I ran on a big tree to cover myself from big droplets of the rain. And i rip a big leaf that i can see to fully cover myself. A few more minutes, the rain began to pour hard and more. I can't take it! How can i head back with this weather! Oh, f*ck this trip!

I continued to cover myself to stay dry and try not to catch a cold. A few seconds, i can feel someone staring at me. And the presence i felt before, it was the same presence right now. It's everywhere. I looked around but i saw nothing. 

The rain suddenly stop and i'm ready to head back to the camp. I prepared myself and my flashlight and started to walk. I'm now a wandering lady with just a flashlight on. Oh, damn! 

While walking, the presence got more intense and scary. I started to walk faster to avoid the presence and then all of a sudden, someone tried to attack me! All i can feel is someone was pinning on me and i can smell a fresh flesh from it's breath that makes me sleepy. 

But before my eyes closed, i saw the blue eyes glaring at the one who attacked me. For the third time, i saw those cold blue eyes. Who could that be? 

The thoughts left as i lose conciousness.

I can feel pain in my head. A lot of pain. I slowly opened my eyes and find myself in an unfamiliar place. It's all white tiles, and i'm laying on...a bed? I  get up immediatly and look at my sorroundings. Where am i? Why is there a house in a dark forest? What the hell is happening?! The pain gets more worse as questions started to cover my mind. 

"W-Where am i?" I suddenly asked. I'm still wandering how i got in this place and who brought me here. It feels like i'm dreaming. I observed the place. A lot of books is in the shelf, a white good-looking standing lamp, a big white bed and a werewolf painting. I can also see a cute plant in one of the tables and a flat screen television with a glass door. 

And then suddenly, i can feel someone's footsteps. I cover myself in the blanket, still pretending to sleep. 

"This woman is still sleeping. How can she sleep that long?" A lowvoice man spoke. I can tell that he put something on a table because of the sound. 

Who is this man? And, why am i here? My life's gettinf worse than ever!
