Chapter Fourteen
Once everyone has left the packhouse and Alpha Jaxson’s pack lands he and the twins begin their plan to re construct everything they can before Jackie and James try to take over. Jaxson and Alex know them well enough to know they are up to something.So, they begin to change the rotation of the enforcers who guard the pack boarders, and they notify the council about what they have planned, and they also manage to notify any other surrounding packs in the area.With Jaxson and the boys making plans in his office the girls make plans for the kids in the pack to be prepared for a war just in case they manage to attack they make sure to have the panic room ready and set up for the kids and for any she-wolves that are not trained well enough for battle yet.With everything in place, Alex and Annie along with Elizabeth and Erin try to stay calm and relax a bit before things get worse, but they know it’s only a matter of time.<Related chapters

Chapter FifteenThings with the Red Crest pack have been a bit…tense. Jaxson and the boys know Luna Jackie is up to something, but they haven’t been able to figure out what exactly, but they know she is up to something. Chapter SixteenJackie was finalizing the last of her plans, this was the night she was going to make her move, she was going to use Caleb to take over her pack and to take over The Red Crest pack too. She was always told as a child that she was meant for great things. Her dad always made her believe she was going to be Luna of the pack and now her time if finally coming. She made her way out to the Blue Moon pack boarders to find Caleb and to get him and his pack to ambush the enforcer guarding the border. On her way out she is stopped by one of her own enforcers.“Luna, what are you doing out so late? And so close to the boarder. It isn’t safe. There is a rogue pack nearby.”“It’s okay. Chapter SeventeenCaleb looks up and sees Jackie running to him and when he slowly backs away, he motions to two of his enforcers to grab James and they quickly throw silver chains on his paws and a collar type chain around his neck. Caleb shifts back and walks to Jackie.“What is the matter my love. I thought you wanted me to kill him.”“It’s not that. It’s just…If you kill him with his mark still on me, I will feel it and it will affect me as it would any wolf who loses their mate. We need to find a way to remove his mark first. Please Caleb.”Caleb gives her a nod and move to turn to his enforcers.“Put him in the basement cells and we will figure out what to do in the morning.”Caleb then turns back to Jackie. Chapter EighteenOnce Caleb was inside his new packhouse, he made his way around looking for Jared and Jackie. He couldn’t seem to find them anywhere, until he made his way to the kitchen. When he walked in, he found Jared with a look of fury on his face and when he looked at who this fury was directed at, he stepped closer to said person in a need to protect them.“Jared, I understand your upset. I am too. I spent years wondering what my life would be like if I had a child of my own, and when your mother first told me she was pregnant, I thought my life was going to be better and I would finally get everything I had prayed for. But she told me that you could have been Alpha James child too, I guess I just never thought about it much. I’m willing to move passed this and I would like to try and get to know you better and I understand that you know Alpha James as your father, and I get it. I’m sorry to come so late, but I didn’t feel right just leaving you all to fend for yourselves without warning. Chapter Twenty The boys make their way to the Blue Moon Pack to figure out what they hell is going on with Jackie and her so called mate Caleb.According to Jared, she has been playing Alpha James for years and making him think that Jared is his son in actuality he is this rogue’s son. Chapter Twenty-OneJared runs over to try and comfort his mother, but she manages to push him away and when she looks to him, she has a look of rage in her eyes.“You! You did this!
