Once Tiffany is inside my car, I take a moment to try and explain to her that we are not together anymore, and we never will be. But with Tiffany being the airhead that she is I doubt she will understand or even accept it.

“Tiffany, you do realize we aren’t together anymore, right? We will never get back together; I need you to understand that. I want to find my true mate and you, and I both know that we are not it for each other.”

She gets this look on her face like I just kicked her puppy. I know she isn’t happy about it, but I truly just want to be with my mate, and she knows this. But I’m not sure why she seems to think that we will end up together.

“I know Max, I just was hoping that you would see that I could be good for you, and we could be good together. But I know you have always wanted to find your true mate. But there isn’t any harm in still being friends, right? Maybe even friends that have fun together?”
