First Step accomplished

Today was the wedding day and swearing in ceremony of Lucas and Eden.

Maya was helping Eden get ready for the event.

“You look gorgeous Eden.” Maya told her.

“Thanks Maya, you look stunning as well.”

“Are you okay, Maya? You have been very distant for the past few days. Is everything okay?” Eden asked in concern.

“Don't worry, Eden, I am fine.”

“Are you convinced?”

“Yes, I am. Besides, today is your day, I want you to be completely happy and not think about anything else.”

“Fine, but if anything is wrong, don't hesitate to let me know, okay?”

“Okay.”

Eden looked at her maliciously. 'Tell you what is wrong with me indeed, should I tell you that the man you are getting married to is mine and that I can't wait for you to die' she thought to herself.

The omegas helping Eden were done, and they stood up to leave.

“Thank you a lot.” she told them with a sweet smile.

“You are welcome Luna, you are the most beautiful bride.” one of them replied.

“I am not yet Luna though.” she told them.

“But in a few hours, you will be Luna.” they reminded her.

“I can't thank you enough for your help and kind words.”

“You are welcome, Luna and may your marriage be fruitful and blissful.”

“Okay, that's enough. You all can go now, let Eden take her rest before the ceremony.” Maya told the omegas. The omegas bowed and left the room.

“Eden, there is something I need to do, will you be okay by yourself?” Maya asked her.

“Yes, I will. You can go.” Eden said, Maya smiled at her and left the room.

Eden looked in the mirror and looked at her reflection, she looked beautiful, she thought to herself.

She looked at the picture of her parents which was on the table. She picked it up and kissed each of them.

“I miss you, mom and dad. I am getting married today and I hope you are happy seeing me do this. Although Lucas and I aren't marrying for love, I know that with time, we will get closer and maybe fall in love.”

Eden put the picture down and thought about what Odi had told her the other day. Would the vampire come today? She was very nervous.

Why would her mother make a deal with a vampire, everybody knew that vampires were tricky and manipulative?

She buried her hair in her hands and desperately hoped that the vampire wouldn't show up today, or ever show up.

Maya sneaked into the room where Lucas was getting ready.

“Hey baby.”

Lucas looked shocked to see her, “What are you doing here Maya?”

She walked close to him and played with his tie, “I just wanted to give you something to remember me by.”

“Maya, it's risky. What if someone finds you here, what are you going to do.”

“No one is going to see us, don't be such a pussy.” Maya said as she tried to kiss him.

“What are you doing?” Lucas asked.

“I am trying to kiss you.”

“We shouldn't do this, it's wrong. At least let's respect today.” Lucas said as he removed her hand from his tie.

“Seriously, are you in love with her now?” Maya asked angrily.

“How can you say this? You are the only one I love. I just feel we shouldn't do this in here and on the day of the wedding too.”

“But I want you, I need you right now.” Maya said, she came closer to him and kissed him.

This time Lucas didn't resist her, he kissed her back with everything he had in him.

She unzipped Lucas pants and brought out his dick, then she hitched her gown up, underneath she wasn't wearing anything.

Some few minutes later, they both finished. Lucas zipped up while Maya cleaned herself up.

She smiled at him and left the room. Lucas collapsed on the chair, tired. He knew he was in a deep mess, he should never have agreed to this in the first place.

He knew Maya would keep coming to him, what he feared most was Eden finding out about this. She would be absolutely devastated if she found out.

Lucas felt like he was stuck in between the devil and the deep blue sea.

A knock sounded on the door and one of the omegas came in. “It's time for the wedding.” he informed him.

“Let's go” Lucas responded. He and the omega left the room and headed to the hall where the occasion was to take place.

Lucas stood on the podium and waited for Eden to come in.

Eden came in escorted by Maya, who grinned cheekily at Lucas.

Lucas noticed that Eden looked very nervous. He smiled at her reassuringly to calm her down.

Eden got to him, and they stood in front of everyone. Odi was the one officiating the ceremony.

“Do you accept Eden as your mate?” Odoi asked Lucas.

“Yes, I do.” Lucas replied.

“Do you accept Lucas as your mate?” Odi asked Eden.

“Yes, I do.” Eden replied.

“Today you two will become the Alpha and Luna of this pack, do you accept?” Odi asked the both of them.

“I accept.” Eden replied.

“I accept.” Lucas replied.

They sliced their palms with a short dagger which Odi gave them and dripped their blood on the altar. It was sealed, Lucas and Eden were the alpha and Luna of the pack.

Odi presented them to the people, “Werewolves of Fire moon pack, I present your Alpha and your Luna.”

The people stood up and applauded loudly.

Maya smiled to herself, the first step of our plan had been achieved.
