I looked at Bryan. “You know, funny enough we are. The ass just left me in the car on the side of the road. Alone. I need to kick some sense into him.”

***Auri’s POV*** Over the next few months, we dealt with the increasing rogue attacks. None of them were as big as the one the day of Ty’s baby shower, but they were still exhausting. I unhooked the first grenade and tossed it into the compound. It exploded and the heat from it made my eyes water and burn. Damn these things were potent.
