prologue.
Elsa was married to Alexander for three years. He was her crush, the perfect msn of her dream and even tho he was titled stone hearted she was sure she could bring down his walls.
But what if she was wrong?
After finding out the secrets of his deceased wife which no one told her about, Elsa left heartbroken.
Now he wants her back.
Worst there is a whole load of supernatural s**ts happening with her in the middle. unfortunately Elsa wasn't one to get scared easily.
"I am no longer your wife Alexander."
Chapter one.
Elsa struck her foot against the ground as she hopped off her fancy looking porsche. A scowl hanging on the edge of her lips, she blocked the descending sun rays with her one in the world expensive purse.
'fuck it.' she muttered a curse, swaggering into the restaurant building with a foul mood.
She felt pissed off. Or better off. Thoroughly annoyed.
Although she knew she was being a bitch complaining about having to help her best friend, who had an emergency with her sick mom, attend this one meeting.
It didn't help the fact that she'd prefer lying comfortable in her condo, doing absolutely nothing.
Worst she has that feeling in her stomach that something bad was going to happen. The last time this occured she lost a thousand dollars in a bet. It has been a big trauma to her ever since.
The receptionist greeted her cheerily as she walked in and she barely nodded. Stating. "Miss Elsa."
"That would be upstairs." The receptionist hearted a big automatic smile as she lead her up the flight of stairs.
The room was obviously more expensive than the ones downstairs. The table well spaced to encourage privacy.
She took her seat. Inwardly appreciating the pleasant spot near the glass wall, overlooking the bustling city below.
Expensive things are definitely always the best.
She waved her waiter off, deciding to order later as she glanced at her watch.
It was almost one.
The appointed time for the supposed meeting. Still the other side's representative was no where to be seen.
'The damn fuckers better not keep me waiting.'
She searched through her phone then decided to call her best friend to kill time.
The line connected after the fourth ring.
"Hello."
"Elsy."
"Here baby. You made it to Mexico already?" Elsa asked with a brow raised.
"Hmmm. Am at the hospital now."
"How's mama doing?"Elsa asked. Feeling that something was wrong.
There's a short pause, then Dora replied. "Worst than I thought....... Elsy.....I think I will have to stay over here for some days.....I am really sorry....."
"It's no problem.. it's no problem at all. just take care of mama okay?"
"I promise to be back the moment she's the up."
"It's okay.....don't sweat it. mama has always been strong. Am sure she will make it so don't push yourself over the edge and take good care of yourself."
"Okay." Dora breathed out, a little laboured. "I....I...have to go now.."
"Okay....okay.."
"Catch you later."
"Later then."
Yup. And there goes another row of my sleeping days. Elsa sighed sorrowfully.
I really hope mama recovers fast. I really can't do this.
"Miss Dora?" Elsa jumped up, a little shocked at the unnoticed presence. Shit. She hadn't even heard the footsteps.
She quickly sat up as she tried to explain. "Miss Dora had an emergency and wasn't able to make it today....I......"
Her mouth hanged ajar as she stumbledd for words. Eyes locked on a set of intense blue ones. It was just too familiar.
Suprisgnly she could feel a cloud of anger swirling in those blue orbs. A big contrast compared to his normally icy ones.
Flinching back as he grinned fully. "Then it's Mrs Alexander. Or should I say—wife?"
Shit. Why do I feel like he really isn't smiling? Elsa cringed inwardly. But kept up an unfazed look.
"Mr Alexander. It's nice to see you again. " She greeted, all smiles. Adding a little after. "Also am no longer your wife. We are divorced. So stick to my name will you?"
Alexander popped a brow. A little surprised by her response. "Who said we are divorced?"
Hah....nice try.
"We are?" She smiled with the edge of her lips curled up a little. "Am sure you saw the papers?"
'afterall I left where it would be easy to find.' she added delightfully in her head.
"You think you can just divorce me and disappear?" He ticked those perfectly shaped jaw lines. Giving off the vibe of extreme annoyance.
"That's exactly what I did." Elsa pointed out and they both fell into silence.
Feeling that she had won the battle. Elsa decided to get down to business. "About the deal between our two company....."
Alexander pushed his hair back abruptly, then stood up. "Let's go home."
"Home." Is he jocking?
"We are married." He stated.
"Were married." I emphasizes on both words. "I want nothing more to do with you Alexander."
Fucking want me back. Dream on.
You are handsome. Sure.
He did had his chance. I gave him three years. Three god-damned wasted years.
I grabbed my purse then send him a glare. "We will have to reschedule the meeting to another time. Hope to never see you again Mr Alexander."

Elsa had a tight grip on her wheel as she drove down the woods to her condo which was far from the main city.
Sadly she'd have to buy an apartment since it would be stressful diving down all the time since she now has a company to manage.
There were too many emotions stirring in her stomach.
Anger, confusion, disbelief and then the most domineering. Happiness.
It feels nice having him wanting her to come back after three years of their suffocating marriage.
She suddenly felt that those plain and boring years of acting submissive was not actually a waste. She had actually moved his stone heart.
But whatever. It wasn't like she was planning to ever go back.
The past is in the past. One should always look forward to the future. Wasn't it much better being single?
Even after this the uncomfortable feeling in her stomach kept growing with each passing second, to the extent that she couldn't help but squirm uncomfortably in her seat.
All of a sudden, she was hit with a huge sense of foreboding. Slamming on the brakes without a second thought.
The car has barely come to a half when a big shadow dashed out from the right side of the woods.
'what the Halloween's?'
Elsa eyes grew wide as the large figure slammed on her porcshe, the car turned over twice before hitting a tree, the collision knocking the breath out of her as she clutched on her chest. Drawing in deep breaths to calm her palpitating heart.
Her eyes flickered over to the other side of the road where a big wolf was standing
It was big. Too big. Definitely the bigger wolf she had ever seen.
Still it wasn't like she had ever seen a wolf before this. But she was sure it shouldn't be this big.
It yellow eyes stared down at her. A wet tongue sweeping over it's lips as he gave her a sickening smile.
Did it—dis it just smile at me. Her heart skipped three beats in a row. Pushing down a sticky ball of saliva.
It slowly lowered his body, just like a predator ready for a chase. And Elsa could only think of one thing.
Run!!!

It slowly lowered his body, just like a predator ready for a chase. And Elsa could only think of one thing. Run!!! She shot up and into a sprint, only to tumble over as the big wolf crashed into her car, narrowly missing her. "Fucking shit." She looked back at her wreckage of a car. Wincing at the fact her new i-phone was in it. Probably damaged too. Damn it. The big wolf let out a loud growl, knocking her back to her senses. She barely hesitated for barely a second, then made a run for it. Running into the woods was a ban in horror movies. But it wasn't like she had any other choice. It was either, to run, or be eaten raw. And unfortunately, the second didn't sound that nice when you think of it. Elsa huffed and puffed. The constant pump of adrenaline in her veins had her running twice as fast as usual. Her heartbeat resounding in her mouth as she tried not to think of her faith if she was to stop. "Arrrhhhhhggg......" A loud roar came from behing her, reducing her legs t
His eyes were a deep shade of red, and on his perfect face was signs of blood from his kills. Elsa took a large gulp of breath as his gaze danced over to her. A cold shudder running down the back of her spine. She debated between running away or just staying. Deciding in the end it was better to stay. 'what if i meet another crazed wolf again? Nah.... I will pass.' ★★★★★★★★★ Alexander stared at his timid looking wife who had patches of bandages all over her face and felt his heart melt. She sat quietly on the bed. The doctor said her injuries were mainly skin breaks and would heal in a few days. She looked just like when they had just gotten married. Gentle and with a hair of elegance. That's until he heard her cussing his ass in the next room just after some days. All thanks to his sensitive werewolf hearing he found out his wife was hiding something from him. She had managed to runaway once. There was no way he would repeat the same mistake. "Do you just punch hard.
Elsa listened attentively to Daxton as she munch on a box of pizza. Nodding every now and then to the interesting stories he was relating. For the less than ten minutes she has spent with the group she had managed to deduce that the lady was Alexander's sister, Jay, who she has only meet one, (during their court marriage). The other two, Dayton and Daxton are identical twins. Like head to toe and all. It really was frightening. And the most important of all, is that Daxton is a blabber mouth. He literally knows about everything. It gave her the feeling of those old ladies in the neighborhood who would hold a tea party on Saturdays, to gossip. Terrifying."So you are trying to say I am— your Luna..... The female Alpha of your wolf pack.....or sort of?" Elsa felt a bit uncomfortable as she asked."Yes." Daxton nodded with a big smile which has been on his face ever since she had walked in. She wondered how he manages to hold it up for so long."But isn't the Luna supposed to be his mat
"Will you really not think about it?" Alexander popped a brow. "I am offering you everything."Elsa throat bulged at his last word."You should think about it." Alexander said. "like I said, we will leave by nine.""I don't think there's anything there to think about." She lied. Downing a cup of water. "You can leave when ever you want. I don't care.""Also I have to go to the company." She added a little later. "I have a whole lot of work to attend to.""It's dangerous." Alexander frowned."I have work." Elsa restated."I will go with her." Jay volunteered.Elsa raised a brow, feeling there was no need for it.But then with a second thought. Maybe it was needed."Don't worry I will keep her safe brother." Jay added at a glance of Alexander's unchanging face.Elsa scowled as he nodded. "Okay."'he really thinks I need his opinion, doesn't he?"'All I want is a car and a map to where I am.'———————'Maybe it was a bad idea coming to work' Elsa massaged her temples after a ass-long boar
She slowly looked back up, the guy in the middle flashing her a knowing smirk. 'what the..!!' The possibility revolved in her head, then it clicked. Rogues. Damn it. Elsa slammed the door shut. Thanking the heaven's for the electronic lock. She had barely breath out a sigh of relief when the door shook violently. "Open it. We will have to take care of this quickly." Elsa recognized the voice as that of the first guy in the middle. "Fuck me." She cursed. 'they are going to break the door!!' She shove a hand into her purse for her phone only to realize that she had lost it the day before. Damn it. She really shouldn't have run away from Jay. Elsa regretted deeply. She contemplated on using the telephone. But thinking about it, the door won't hold for long. Instead she made a run for the kitchen, escaping through the back door. Her legs buckled at a loud growl, which was immediately followed by a crash. Her already bruised knees hit the hard cement, and she let out a muffled
'lights.....lights.....why is there so much lights?' Elsa rolled on her side to avoid the sun rays streaming in from the window, only to fall off the bed. The sudden crash woke up Jay who was sitting down next to her. "Damn it—fucking moping ass." Elsa squirmed on the ground in deep pain. "Luna Elsa." Jay looked shock at the sight, her once sleeping eyes now alert as she scanned the room for any possible dangers. "Hey. Good morning." Elsa gaze took a quick browse at her surroundings. Well aware of where she was at the moment. New Orleans. 'That damned motherfucker....' "Where is Alexander?" She asked, retaining her calmness. "He.....had some important things to attend to." "How could he leave without waiting for me to wake up first?" Elsa fumed. 'Does he even knows how to woo a woman?" "The Alpha was the one who took care of you while you were asleep." Jay said. 'when I was asleep?' The words didn't seem to sit well with Elsa. "For how long was I asleep?" She asked, sitti
Elsa zoomed in on Alexander as he down a cup of water. One after the other. The movement of his fair adam apple was extremely eye catching, making Elsa have vile thoughts that she wasn't supposed to have. She shook her head out of the gutters, then focused her gaze on him once more. 'Exactly what is wrong with me?' She narrowed her eyes dangerously. 'He couldn't have fed me a love potion when I was asleep, could he?' 'that could be true.' Elsa nodded at her deductions. "If werewolf exits, then so do witches. And if witches does exits then acquiring a love potion won't be a problem." "What are you talking about?" Elsa jumped up when she noticed that Alexander was now in front of her. A brow lifted as he asked. "What do you need a love potion for?" "Nothing." Elsa gave a quick reply. Flustered at the fact that she had spoken her last thoughts out loud. 'but then it's not like I owe him any explanation?' Instead, she turned the conversation back to him. "Don't you have anything to
Elsa felt the freezing night breeze smacked my face as she step out of the taxi. She poke her head into the taxi to pay the fee, but the taxi guy waved her off with a smile. "I can see you are troubled miss. I hope this favour of mine brings you luck." Elsa was a little surprised, a smile spreading on her lips. "Thank you very much." "You are welcome." The man replied. "We all need a little help sometimes. A smile can save a life you know? If we all could understand this, the world would beome better place." "True." Elsa nodded thoughtfully. Giving him a wave as he drove off. She straighten her back, dragging her luggage behind her as she walked into the airport. There was this itchy feeling that someone was watching her. Stalking her. And it wasn't friendly. Unfortunately the flight was delayed and she had to wait for some minutes more. She scratched on the back of her palm, something she only does when she is anxious. The stare was still there. It made her very uncomfortab
