After warning all of us, Kaiser went straight to his room, leaving me and Marshall alone.

I rushed to Marshall.

"Have you gone nuts? Why did you mention the rogues in front of Kaiser? He would never allow them," I scoffed.

"Yes. But the only way we can win this war is by including the rogues," Marshall answered.

"But how? Whichever pack she belongs to, she is a newly transitioned wolf. She is not going to have so many powers that she can fight a hundred and fifty wolves. I do not want to kill her," I argued.

Marshall looked at me.

"You still don't want to kill her? Thomas, have you gone crazy? She waged a war against us, which means she very well knows whatever we did to her pack. If we don't kill her, she would kill us," he argued.

"So let her kill us. It's been so long. I am tired of this life. Let my son live and love the woman. She is his mate. For god's sake, make this little sacrifice," I retorted.
