Alpha’s Rogue Mate

The Blue moon pack was blessed to have Alpha Richard as a leader, not just any kind of leader, his physique was glamorous, strong and masculine, and filled with the sole aim of making the Blue moon pack more outstanding than any other pack.

Fortunately for him, and the entire Blue moon pack, his good deeds paid off.

The Blue moon pack which could stand on its own two feet, stood out among any other noticable pack, their name spread out towards other territories, receiving the awe it deserved.

More than just being a leader, he became a role model to the little pups, a father figure, a wannabe figure, a hero.

The little pups read books written based on his mighty and heroic acts, most times, their teachers used him as a reference point for an example of good leadership being displayed.

With Alpha Richard always being down to earth and always welcoming, he was full of good deeds, his life was an epitome of selflessness.

With all his good works, he could be described as greatness personified and as for the little pups, they yearned for growth, yearning to be like him and to fight by his side, and this caused a passion in their hearts to begin to emulate him, and imitate his unique lifestyle.

As for Emily, he was head over heels in love with her. She was his mate, his backbone and his first and truest supporter.

At some point in her life, she felt she was destined to never have a mate. She was once abandoned, rejected and this was slowly turning her into a devastated wolf.

Once upon a time, Emily was nearly attacked by a pack of rogued wolves who sought for the Sweetness in her and for her flesh, not until Richard, her knight in shining armor came to her rescue.

That day he held her hand, and she got a feeling which swept her off her feet, this time not literally, his amazing looks had rekindled in her a feeling of belonging, and was taken away by his handsomeness.

She almost fell until his masculine hands and arms caught her in mid air and her soft body was comforted in his arms.

Every part of her longed for him, even the wolf within her fell in love with him at the very first sight of him.

And when she thought she might get rejected again, she could feel his warm and consoling arms around her and his cheerfulness sparking life and hope back into her.

And ever since Richard accepted her as his mate, The moon goddess had blessed their union on countless occasion, giving them enough reasons to bless the day they met each other and now, with Emily being pregnant, this was just the frosting on the cake.

Her warm gentle touch on his hand had ignited in him a sweet sensation, a refreshing feeling, and when she took his hands and placed them on her protruding belly, like a duck takes to water, he began to feel a tingle of excitement.

It was evident through his warm smile and him constantly rubbing his hands smoothly over her belly. 

He could only stand to admire his own Aphrodite, the beauty and awesomeness carved out in Emily who stood right before him admiring his every move.

There was a reaction to his gentle touch, though minute, Alpha Richard could feel it.

The baby in Emily's womb responded to Richard's gentle gesture with a kick. 

Both Emily and Richard could feel the soft response from the unborn child and they giggled together with both their eyes meeting together.

In Richard's heart, he was full of the joys of spring. Words couldn't explain how joyful he felt, not only feeling what Emily could feel, but as a soon to be father, he got a response from his baby.

"He would grow to become a brave warrior, just like me, just like his father", Alpha Richard said out still rubbing his hands smoothly on her belly trying to give himself some form of accolades.

He stood for a second and within him, he blessed the Moon goddess for the wonderful gift. 

Who would ever believe he would have a beautiful family even in the midst of envious eyes, and now, soon to be father.

He could sense fatherhood beckoning on him. He could feel it coming sooner than he ever expected but "when?" was the question.

"He?", Emily asked raising her eyebrows and trying to counter Alpha Richard's statement.

Since the conception of the child in her womb, Emily had always countered Richard's opinion of the child's gender, but not for him.

Oh! Richard knew his stuff, he knew what came out of him that wonderful morning.

Richard chuckled lightly. He got used to his mate's defensive opinion. He was used to Emily's opinion of the child being a female. 

He remembered she once said she needed a female around the house just to oppress him with the girl's stuffs.

"Yes! A He!", Alpha Richard answered with a broad smile on his face. 

Emily smiled at him with all cheerfulness. If there was one thing about Richard, was the fact that his smile was very contagious.

His smile could heal her troubled soul or even be used to vent her anger.

"And what if it was a girl?", Emily asked again, this time, she was countering his opinion, trying to force words out of his mouth.

She made him remember the days when they both argued based on the child's gender.

"Then she will be as beautiful as you are", Alpha Richard answered again, smiling again. This time, he walked closely to her, rubbed her cheeks with his thumb softly and kissed her on the forehead.

They stood in a very beautiful garden with the flowers blooming and giving off beautiful scents and colours.

It was their love garden. Just in case people were told that Richard and Emily were together, their mind would surely run back to the love garden they made just for themselves.

With the cool refreshing zephyr blew calmly, and blowing through Emily's hair and exposing more of her beauty to Alpha Richard, he fell in love with Emily again, afresh.

He stood there admiring the mate which the moon goddess had blessed him with. His goods deeds were being paid, with Emily, the woman of his dreams

He used his forefinger to rub her cheek lightly, feeling the sexy texture of her bright light skin, dragged her closer to himself and hugged her tightly.

Alpha Richard was quite taller than her, this made Emily's head to rest on his masculine chest and Alpha Richard cuddling her with all affection and lightly rubbing down her silky hair with his hands.

It felt just the same way she felt the first time they met, so warm and comfortable, he smelt like the roses still connected to the source, constantly tapping it's nutrients from the stem and drawing it's energy from the sun.

She could feel his strength oozing out of him, like he was going to tear off any monster who would want to stand in the way between he and his lover.

"I will protect you with my life. I will love and cherish you, all the rest of my days", Alpha Richard muttered under his breath.

It was more than a statement. He swore with everything he stood for and everything within him, he was going to level mountains for her sake and bend fire and earth just to keep her safe. His word was more than his bond, his word was his life.

Even though Richard had made that confession in a very low tone, Emily was still able to hear this exact words.

She felt more secure than anything in the world. Yes, the Moon Goddess was going to protect her, but this time, Richard was the confirmation to the Goddess's promise.

"It's getting cold", Emily spoke out breaking the silence but still holding tightly to Richard.

Night was approaching and the cool wind was getting cooler. Her breath could even be seen since the cold was getting persistent.

It was evident through the way she snuggled herself tightly to Alpha Richard. He was Iike her snuggle bunny in this time.

"Would you love a cup of coffee?", Alpha Richard asked her in a calm tone with his face looking up to the sky.

The stars were coming out of their hiding place, shining it's reflected light on the earth surface.

Emily replied acting babyish "Mmm hmm". The sound of the "Mmm hmm" sounded so funny in Richard's ear, he couldn't help but snigger at the way she said those words and twisted her mouth like a big baby.

"Come on! Let's get you inside! I'll make you one", Alpha Richard replied breaking the hug, looking at her one more time and kissing her again on the forehead.

She held onto his hands tightly, generating some kind of warmth between them while Richard was leading her out of their love garden right into the house.

The Alpha's house was a "must see"feature in the Blue moon pack.

Specially drawn out, planned and built to suit a sovereign leader like Alpha Richard, his residence was a glorious one. 

It took the best of the best to design such a wonderful building like that.

Another feature of the house was the colourful paintings used to style up the house. The house was painted all white and it was made a duty to repaint the house every three months just to make sure it was ever sparkling. So, It was safe to say, it was like heaven on Earth.

He held her hands, leading her through the balcony into the sitting room. The interiors too didn't fail. There were lots of designs and colourful attractions to the sitting room.

At one corner of the sitting room hung a very beautiful painting of Richard riding on a horse in battle slaying his enemies.

It was a masterpiece, drawn with so much affection from the Omega whom he had adopted. He took him into his household with the intentions of saving him from drug abuse and bad acquaintances.

If the sitting room was this amazing, one could only wonder what the master bedroom would look like.

He turned on the smart television which hung on the wall so as to keep her entertained and went into the kitchen to prepare a cup of hot coffee for her.

With Alpha Richard just away from her for ten minutes, she couldn't help it but started missing the company of her mate.

It wasn't all her fault, neither was it her bidding to crave for Richard's presence so much, she got so used to Alpha Richard's company to the point that Alpha Richard was like the cat's whisker

"You shouldn't be here", Alpha Richard spoke out in a concerned manner after seeing Emily walking to the kitchen.

Not only did she walk to the kitchen, she struggled to move and it was all showing through the expression on her face. 

It was as though she was feeling some pains in her knees and also in her waist and she kept using her hands to support herself while she moved.

"I couldn't help it. I just miss your company", Emily replied blushingly. From the frown on Richard's face, she knew she had triggered a too concerned Richard. 

She knew the man she got married, and also the fact that since her belly began to protrude, he was always breathing down on Emily's neck and checking up on her.

Looking at Emily, she was really in need of attention, she was missing his touch and the way she always smiled around Richard, and all she ever needed was to be around Alpha Richard

"Come on! Please!! Let me help", Emily said again this time with a baby face, showing off her lower lips which were pink in colour and giving off the puppy dog eyes.

"Fine!", Alpha Richard managed to say, seeing the desperation in Emily's eyes. 

She was ecstatic, more than being excited, she smiled beautifully knowing she was going to be around Alpha Richard and the thought of that alone gave her all the strength she needed.

At first she stood there not knowing what to do exactly, She looked to her side and her eyes met some dirty plates which were heaped with an awful stench emitting from it.

She walked over to where they were piled up, she tried lifting them up so she could wash them off.

"Don't do that!", Alpha Richard growled in an over protective manner walking towards her to get the  plates from her and do the washing up himself.

She was pregnant, and her condition never required another level of stress. This was going to be his first child, his first baby and he was there at least for the main time, always at her beck and call.

"Please!! Let me help!", Emily pleaded. She knew alpha Richard too well, he was not just her mate, she knew he cared so much for her, he could do anything to make sure he sees her smile

He rolled his eyes seeming embarrassed. But one thing was for sure, he was going to monitor her every move in that kitchen, thanks to the moon goddess, he was there too.

She smiled excitingly as Richard left her to do the dishes.

Just after ten minutes of Richard's giving his consent, he heard a sound coming from the same kitchen he stood in.

"Argh!!", Emily screamed out in pains leaving the plates to shatter on the ground since all her attention was directed to the pain that she felt.

"Rich..!!", Emily called out to him in a low but stressed tone. She couldn't take it, she was about to fall and it could have complicated the situation of things.

"Emily!!!!", Alpha Richard yelled out seeing the state she was in. He ran with twice his super speed and caught Emily mid way into falling.

She held on to Alpha Richard with his her left hand and used her right hand to support her waist, screaming and yelling at the top of her voice, inhaling and exhaling a lot of air.

"What was happening?", Alpha Richard asked within himself. 

He had never been in such a situation before and he had exactly no idea of what was really going on. 

He looked down to the ground, her legs were a little bit wet. From his previous knowledge, it was certain that her water broke. 

"Oh hail moon goddess!", Richard said out aloud with his face seeming very frightened. He now understood what was really going on, the baby was coming. His dear Emily was in labour.
