Chapter ten
Last night another fighter of our pack died of his wounds. This means war. I have been up all night trying to figure out how we can fight these wolves. About how I am going to make them suffer.
But also Elsa. She was just 21 years old and already lost her mate. Left to raise their child on her own. Well, she is not exactly alone. She has me and the pack, even though it won't be the same without him. My men are still out there trying to find these wolves. I am worried. Worried for their safety. I wake up, feeling like I am hit by a bus. My vision is blurred, and I try to blink it away. Where the bloody hell am I. I try t get up but feel I am chained up against the floor, with heavy steel chains both my arms and legs are chained up on the ring on the floor. Leaving me with limited room to move. POV Axel. I rush to the pack's clinic with Kristy in my arms. I already mind-linked our pack's doctor. When we arrive at the clinic the doctor is ready for us waiting at the entrance with a gurney. I wake up the next morning and see that Axel is still asleep. I walk over to the bathroom to brush my teeth. I look at my mark in the mirror. I touch the red mark on my neck underneath my ear. It is kind of like half a moon but just one outline in dots. This mark makes me officially a Luna. Bounded with Axel. But that's not all. Now that he marked me, he will introduce me properly to the pack and we will have a ceremony. This only occurs when an Alpha finds his mate. The ceremony is to combine our bloodlines. It's is an old ceremony it's a tradition. hundreds of years ago different bloodlines were different packs. These bloodlines had different capabilities. For assemble one bloodline would have the ability to shift whenever their wolf wanted, others could only shift on a full moon. Other packs would have great strength when others would have speed and so on. Over the years pack members combined. When there was a mate from a different pack to an Alpha they would do a ceremony
