Chapter Thirty Eight

ELENA

"You need to tell me the details girl...!" Jane screeched, bouncing up and down in my cabin. The look on her face was priceless, but I wasn't so sure about giving her the details she so desperately wanted to here. In fact, from the stinging sensations on my check and neck, I knew I was blushing, and was probably as red as a potato now.

"Can we just pack out things? We leave in less than two hours." I countered, picking up a dress I never got to wear, and folding it up so I could put it in my suitcase.

Jane gave me a glum look, drawing her lips into a pout. It was funny, but I wasn't going to laugh. I didn't want to let my guard down in front of her.

"You know you are no fun." She said, sighing and throwing something at me. It landed with a small thud on my lap.

I rolled my eyes and looked down to see what it was, chuckling instantly. "You got these?" I asked in disbelief, picking up the object and inspecting it closely. It was a small shrunk up towel they had shared at the gala
