“We're home buddy” Lee looks at the building, then at me. I believe he will say something, but he looks away and open the car door, and got down.

Silent treatment it is, then.

We walk silently to the elevator, out of my peripheral vision, I watch him looking at the building indifferently. I can understand, I mean after what just happen, I don't expect any difference.

“Are you okay?”

Dead silence.

I sighed as we enter the elevator, I press the button to my floor. Lee stands in the opposite corner, the farthest away from me. He's not going to make it easy for me, is he? I massage my temple gently, all these occurrences are giving me a terrible headache.

The elevator opens, and Lee trails behind me quietly. Opening the door to my apartment, I stand aside and let him enter first. This Place barely looks like a home, it's a house. There are three black couches. A glass table, television, and a freezer.
