"When a rogue attacks, grab its hindlimbs like this."

I bent down tactfully, making sure the children could see me. I grabbed the hindlimbs of the huge toy wolf I was using in educating them and threw it to the ground.

“Now try doing that,” I urged them.

I stood and watched the pups play with the toy wolves that had been assigned to them for this training.

To help out the pack, I had taken the position of training the young ones. Here, it was essential for the youngest pup to know how to defend themselves in case of any attacks.

After coming to the Night Bloomers pack, I realized that my pack had been doing a lot of things wrongly. The way they organized everything, down to the love they share with each other was one I have never seen in any pack. Though my pack lived in harmony, we still had wolves who were at loggerheads with each other like Natalia and I. But here, there was no such thing, everyone loved and treated each other with so much care.
