Giselle sat beside Emily on the couch, crying intently. She looked up at Emily and noticed smoke issuing out of her."Does anyone see what I'm seeing?" She looked up at Emily's parents."Rebecca?" Richard called."She's coming back." Rebecca's face lit up. "The couch is burning." Giselle jumped off of the couch."Rebecca, put her out." She sat up from the ashes and looked at herself. Elsa hesitated. She looked at the men as they climbed the stairs. "No," she shook her head, "I'm not leaving you here." Michael opened his eyes after a few hours. He sat up, squinting and scratching his eyes. He lifted himself up from the floor and tied the towel he found covering him firmly around his waist. He had shifted fully into a wolf without the presence of the full moon. It was something he hadn't done before. Memories of the previous night flashed in his head. As much as he'd wanted to deny it, he really had to talk to his father. He had heard what Sydney knew, but it wasn't enough for him. It was dark, but the bright moonlight helped illuminate the night, so bright that a werewolf could see brightly without gleaming their wolf eyes. The rain descended heavily from the firmament, and Michael found himself standing under the cloudburst in the middle of the scanty forest; he had no idea of the exact place he was. He hurried to search for a place to hide to avoid getting drenched by the rain. He stopped and studied himself, noticing he wasn't getting wet by the rain. In the present world, Nicholas opened his eyes to see blood dripping down Michael's arm. He attempted to withdraw his hands, but he was unable to do so due to the firm grip.
