Imagine sleeping with a married woman, and then finding out she’s still a virgin. That is, before you f*cked and disvirgined her, of course. Kayla Stone, 24, never knew marriage could be the most painful and heartbreaking journey for her. Being betrayed, disrespected, and manipulated by her husband was bad enough, but being trapped in her marriage to him, was even worse. What happens when an innocent night out, leads to the most fiery night of passion with the most unexpected man? Tyler Pearson. Her husband’s uncle. Mafia drug lord; Tyler Pearson, 31, returns to NewYork after so many years of being away in Italy. On the first night he returns, he visits a lounge and somehow ends up in bed with none other than Kayla Stone. The same woman who happens to be his nephew’s wife, and also his first love. The same woman he has deluded himself into thinking he has gotten over, for the past 8 years. Their fiery night of passion reveals something unbelievable to Tyler, and he may be unwillingly to let Kayla go after that. How on earth is it possible that Kayla was still a virgin, even after being married to his nephew for the past 2 years?!

If only I knew today was going to be the day I stepped into my worse nightmare. "Ohhh, marvelous!" Lisa gasped in delight, the moment she laid eyes on my perfectly tailored wedding dress. "This is sooo divine!" She praised. "Wow...." Beulah teared up. "You are such a wonderful and kind woman, Kayla. You deserve every happiness in the world." Being the only child of my parents, Lisa and Beulah were the sisters I had known since I could remember. We all grew up in the same neighborhood, attended same high school and even college. "Thank youuuuu." I grinned, excited for my future as 'Mrs Jeffrey Pearson'. "Kayla!" That was mom. "The chauffeur is here for you. The chapel is already filled with our guests, and the officiating priest has arrived as well. Most importantly, your husband to be, has been waiting at that altar for the past half hour! You're the only one delaying this ceremony." "I'm ready." I replied, looking at my beautiful face in the mirror, one last time. "Oh, great!" Mom nodded. "Aida, Beulah, please assist her to the car." We all rushed to the car in that jittery wedding fever I had always imagined. In no time, we got to the chapel and I saw my father standing in wait for me at the entrance. "You look like the priceless jewel that you are, my princess." He whispered, quite teary. I still wondered how I was going to cope, being out of my parent's home. "Thank you, Daddy." I whispered, blinking back my tears. I couldn't afford to ruin my makeup now. Everything looked so beautiful, until I set my eyes on Joana. Dad had noticed the slight frown on my face, and he didn't need anyone to tell him what the problem was. "What is she doing here?" Lisa whispered behind me. "I told your mom bringing Joana here was a bad idea, but she wouldn't listen. Constantly being kind to a fault." "Enough of all that." Mother came up behind us, a look of disapproval on her face. "She is your daughter, Luca." She said to father. "And in extension, she is mine as well. She came apologizing for her previous mistake, and I forgave her like any other parent would." "It wasn't just any mistake, Amelia. She pushed Kayla down a staircase." He looked at mom in disbelief. "I know." Mom gave a sad smile. "But Kayla is still alive by the mercies of the lord, and Joana is most repentant. Please let's go on with this day, as delightfully as possible." "Fine." Dad quipped, still not looking satisfied. Joana was my stepsister. The product of the only wrong that Dad had ever committed against mom. "It's fine, Dad." I sighed, giving a small smile. "She is still my sister." "So much like your mom." He whispered underneath his breath. Mom walked ahead of us, and led a remorseful looking Joana into the chapel. Lisa, Beulah, and Aunt Nicole followed suite. Just then, the bridal tune began playing inside the hall, and Dad took position beside me, offering his arm. Releasing a deep sigh, I hung my arm around his, and he led me inside. As we walked down the aisle, my eyes locked with that of my husband to be, and he wore a smile that literally lit up the place. Man had been sooo convincing, I definitely didn't suspect something was off. As soon as we got to the end of the aisle, Dad handed me over to Jeffrey, and the joining ceremony began. **** "Go, go, go shawty! It's your wedding night!...." Crazy Lisa sang in excitement, as we drove to my new home. Although she was singing a completely different lyric from what the actual song said, we enjoyed her version nonetheless. The bass beat coming from the car speakers, did nothing but make me feel so hyped up, as Beulah and I moved left and right, in tune with the beat. "Here you go, love." Lisa stretched out her hand to me with a champagne flute in it, but mom intercepted and collected it, just before I could. "You all have had enough." She chided. "You definitely don't expect your friend to waltz into her new home, reeking of alcohol." She said to Lisa and Beulah, who released long sighs. "Okay, mom." Lisa nodded, collecting the champagne flute from mom, and gulping it in one go. "The bride is safe!" She yelled out excitedly, and mom burst into laughter. Lisa was obviously tipsy. Soon enough, the car came to a stop and the chaffeur informed us of our arrival. We all alighted the car, and the household staff all stood in a straight line, giving me a hearty welcome, which had me even more excited. I was really married now!! I expected to see Jeff standing by the doorway, but he wasn't. "Maybe he is behind the door." Mom whispered into my ear, wiggling her brows up and down. "Dressed in the very manner he is supposed to. Magic Mike!" Lisa added sultrily, teasing me to no end. "Enough, you guys!" I laughed in embarrassment. "We better be off, then. We shouldn't see what we aren't meant to." Lisa winked, before hopping back into the car with mom and Beulah. By then, the maids had already carried out my few luggages from the booth of the car, seeing as I had moved most of my things before the wedding. I rushed through the entrance of our mansion, disappointed when I didn't see Jeff behind the door, or anywhere else for that matter. Weirdly, my anticipation rose. He definitely had a better surprise in store for me. I rushed up the staircase, my heavy gown dragging behind me. As soon as I got to the master bedroom, I dropped the part of my gown I held in my hands, releasing a long sigh. I was very tired, but was more than ecstatic for the night ahead. Jeff had been so patient with me, and tonight was the night he'd finally pop my cherry! It was then, that heavy pants filtered into my ears. Those sounds definitely came from the room. Was Jeff okay?! Without further thoughts, I gripped the door knob and opened the door. The moment I stepped in, my eyes fell to the bed, and I froze in my spot. It seemed as though, I had been drenched in ice cold water. I shivered internally, as I watched Jeff pound into the woman beneath him, sweating really hard as he did. No. That wasn't real..... My eyes were playing me. Maybe I had a little too much to drink. Their moans and groans filled the entire room, making the entire situation every bit real. Painful tears stung my eyes, threatening to drop. How....? How was this possible? How could he do this to me?! The face of the woman beneath him finally came into view, and my heart dropped. Joana. As our eyes locked, a wry smile appeared on her face, and the tears slid down my cheeks. Just then, Jeffery turned to look at me, a look of annoyance in his eyes. Far from the reaction I expected. I didn't want to believe the words he said next. "Give us some privacy. Or would you rather join us?"KAYLA'S POV."Rest well, mom." I whispered, while my dad gently patted down her hair."I would just see Kayla out, sweetie." Dad informed her, before standing up from the bed, where he sat beside my mom's lying frame."Goodnight mom." I said, walking out of her room with Dad following me behind. As soon as we got down to the living room, I turned to look at his confused face. "Where is Gabriel?" He asked."He's gone, dad. I saw him out." I replied blandly. "Did you really....?" He started, but paused midway, giving me a look of suspicion. "What?""Kayla....." He released a sigh, lowering himself onto the couch beside me. I wasn't sure why, but the look on his face had me feeling quite unsettled. "You do know that we aren't like that, right?""Like how?" My heartbeat accelerated. Surely, Gabriel wouldn't have said anything to him. Certainly. "We have never, and will never, treat Gabriel the way his family treated him."The moment he said that, I released a low sigh of relief."Dad.
KAYLA'S POV."You can't ask us to keep calm, when our investments are at the brink of ruin!""Calm down, gentlemen...."This scene I was replaying in my head, had taken place roughly 6 days ago. But even up until now, I wasn't really settled. Something seemed off.As soon as Joana had left after her unwelcomed visit to my office that day, Lexi returned to inform me that I had actually forgotten the missing painting at my father's office.Immediately, I remembered taking it to dad for some honest criticism. I guess I had forgotten to return the piece back to my office, before retiring home that night. As soon as Lexi informed me, I made my way to Dad's office. Just as I got to his door and was about to pull open, I heard some angry voices. Apparently, there was an issue. One which I was trying to find out, before Carla showed up and interrupted my eavesdropping. One minute, she was asking me what I needed at my father's office, and the next minute, she had stepped into his office and
GABRIEL'S POV With piqued curiosity, I watched as uncle Ricardo placed the huge bouquet of roses in Aunt stacy's arm. He was seated next to her on the round table."My condolences, Stacy." He muttered, clearly trying his best to not hold her gaze for long. "Are you trying to mock me or what?" She shot back, and Enzo's attention fell on them immediately. "Come on, mom." He muttered, a look of disappointment on his face. "I thought you both were gone past this?""I thought we were too." She opened her eyes wider, for emphasis. "But that was until a few seconds ago, when he put these flowers in my arm, with such crusty statement. Like he wasn't part of the people who took Barone's body away from me when....."She had been ssying a whole lot without giving a breathing break in between, until Uncle Ricardo cut her off."I'm sorry." He said, making her go mute instantly. "I am really sorry, Stacy." He added, now staring closely at her. Why did they lock eyes in such manner? Was I the onl
KAYLA'S POV "Oh God. Not today." I released a small sigh, looking around my office for the hundredth time today. Where could I have possibly kept that piece?Sweat broke onto my forehead, and tears of frustration clogged my eyes. Oh God, please. How was it possible that the sample piece I was supposed to present to Mr Leonard today, suddenly disappeared?!Mr Leonard was the client that my father had recently hooked me up with, I and I was supposed to submit my sample art piece to him today. With the rate at which things were going, I may not be able to find that piece, before the time for our meeting."Lexi, what do I do?" I muttered half mindedly, watching as her forehead creased in worry."When was the last time you saw it ma?" She asked, and I released an even more frustrated sigh. I was in no mood to be interrogated. "This is sooo unprofessional." I muttered to myself. "Ma?" She called, trying to get my attention back to her previous question."I ate lunch yesterday, and it was
KAYLA'S POV "Wowww!! Beulah! This is beautifuuullll..." I grinned in satisfaction, as I looked over the place. I loved how she infused so much artistic designs around."I'm so glad you love it, honey!" She smiled. "The cleaning company we hired to clean up the place, would be here any time from now.""So after today, it is safe to say that our gallery is officially open!" Lisa exclaimed in excitement.Tears clogged my eyes, as I looked at my friends in appreciation. These past three weeks, they have both been very supportive towards the preparations and arrangements for the gallery's opening. "Girl, no time for that. Do. Not. Let. That. Tear. Drop." Lisa warned, hurrying over to the mahogany desk in my office, and picking up her bag. "We have a party to attend, and we should only go as late as could be fashionable. As it stands, we would be late late late.""True." I nodded, realizing time had flown past us. Tonight was for the celebration of Pearson Group's 25th anniversary, and i
3 WEEKS LATER.GABRIEL'S POV."Noooo! I won!" Nora yelled at the top of her voice, refusing to believe that Enzo actually won in their game of chess."Please be for real, Nora." Enzo laughed loudly."Whatever." She scoffed, making me laugh. "By the way, Dad is coming tomorrow." She muttered. We all exchanged looks amongst ourselves. Thankfully, after their abrupt arrival 3 weeks ago, we had been able to bring some peace and calm between Stacy and Ricardo, who literally avoided each other all through Ricardo's stay.Ricardo had left after a week, but promised to return after two weeks, for Barone's memorial service. Barone had been buried in Italy, against Stacy's wishes, but she had been able to take some of his hair, which she buried in a cemetery here in America.Every year, Ricardo observed the memorial of his late brother alongside his family in Italy. But this year, he chose to spend it with Enzo, here in America. I had a feeling that Nora persuaded him to.Nora had been the onl
