"Remember child, your world is broken and you are born to fix it" ..... Badbloods are people with peculiar abilities and they are evil. Are they? The human civilization collapsed as a powerful Badblood, the Inkur, unleashed the Reapers into the land. Reapers are creatures from the abyss and they fed on human soul and flesh. Those who survived creates a village and built walls to keep them safe from the Reapers. Badbloods were killed or casted out from the villages as people fear them. Serra, a young girl in their village was casted out and was accused as a Badblood, but she don't know if she is and she don't know her power. She is forced to walk in the lands with Reapers lurking in the shadows. She will then discover that the Reapers aren't the only the one to fear outside the gates.

Foreword
About a hundred years ago, people in the land lived in peace and harmony. There are people with superhuman abilities and they call them Badbloods. They can harness the power of nature, they can make the plants grow in their will, some can transform into an animal, and some can see the future. Powers that no one knows where it come from as it wasn't hereditary. It was like a gift given to random people.
Inkurs are the most powerful Badbloods. They are very rare for they draw their power from the Ether or the Abyss, the realms of heaven and hell.
There was an Inkur couple, Sharih who wields the power of death (Abyssal Inkur) and Caro who was gifted with the power of life (Ethereal Inkur). They travel from places to places to help the people. Caro's touch can save lives and cure any diseases. Sharih guides lost souls and she help them to their final destination, leading them to the judgment.Then people got mad of Caro's power. They want him to bring to life their dead loved ones. A man kidnapped Caro, imprisoned him in a cell, pleading to bring back his dead wife. Caro refused so the man killed him. Sharih was furios on what happened to her husband. She creates a portal and unleashed the Reapers into the land. They kill and devour everyone.
The humanity barely survived. Those who did, creates villages and built walls to keep them safe from the Reapers. Since then, the people blamed the Badbloods for what happened. Badbloods were killed and casted out from the villages.

Serra was to shocked and confused to move. Her eyes were still on the woods. Something struck on her heart, stirring up her thoughts.Then Serra turned around and saw the aftermath of the battle. The ground was bloody and smelled of blood and guts. Dead bodies were scattered around like a debris: decapitated heads, arms, and legs. Entrails were pulled out like ropes and weapons littered around.She flew and landed on Rila's body. Her wings vanished and her sword stopped burning. She dropped it cupped Rila's bloody face. The carrots were looking good and green, the berries were healthy, and to Serra's surprise, they have grown corns just beside the tea farm. Her mouth twitched into a smile looking at the fields. She shared countless memories with Mira in these fields and all those felt like a long time a go now. She missed Mira so much.Then she reached the river. There still stood the tree, green and tall, branching up to the sky. It's branches sways in the wind like a hand waving at her, welcoming her home.
