"How does it feel?" he asked out of nowhere while staring at the view, without facing the girl who gave him both pain and love.
The girl suddenly stare at him, she didn't know what to say. A thought formed into her mind but she manage to keep quiet while staring at the beautiful scenery that once lead her to tragedy.
"How does it feel when you hurt someone you claimed you love," he added, you can feel the pain by the way he said it. It was so close to whisper yet the girl heard it and it echoed inside her head, repeatedly, with so much pain.
"Why are you asking me?" the girl respond. She, then, let out a chuckle yet you can sense how much it hurts for her, too. She is hurting too.
"Because you told me you love me but then.. you hurt me," he bravely said, holding his tears, trying to remain calm but deep inside he is in pain, mad, crying, needing for help, want to be at peace but he just can't. There's too many questions he wanted to ask but he remain silent.
No one dared to talk, they both know how much pain they brought to each other but they didn't know how to stop it. Many thoughts crossed their minds, questions that needed to have answers such as why's, what if's, and how?
Should they let go of each other? Should they forget each other? Or should they stay no matter what happened? Stay even if it hurts, stay even if it will bring nothing but pain..
"Should I say goodbye?" the girl asked.
That's when the tears start flowing down their eyes..
