30. Home or House?

My employees are horrible, they can't even do their job right. If they did, then we would not be in this condition right now. The rate of our company sale has dropped a bit but that's very challenging for me. I can’t allow even a little drop. That's a great chance for my rival companies. They will use it as a chance to cross me and overtake my position; that's something I can never accept. I have gained this position with a lot of difficulty and I won’t allow anyone to make a mistake that will affect my business.

My business meant everything to me so I can't just give up. I'll do anything and everything I can to bring our share rates back up. I only want my business to grow. I’ll never allow these downfalls for someone else. They can only see my success which I have today but they never tried to know about the sleepless nights I had to go through to gain this position.
