AUTHOR'S POV

After the first day at the office ended for Hazel, she made her way to her small run down apartment. She rented this apartment to keep her cover. If Tobias decided to keep an eye on her, he was never going to find anything suspiscious to hold over her head.

She was being thorough because she had done this many times before. Five times to be precise.

Shaking her head, Hazel entered her apartment and her body instantly stiffened. She could sense someone else's presence in here.

Her eyes landed on the figure sitting on the small couch in the living room. Her shoulders slumped down tiredly.

She could recognize him from his scent. She could recognize him from just his posture.

It was him.
