Chapter 35

Tucking his kids in the back seat, Alex entered his car and called Liam. He's been curious about how the raid went but this new information he received from his dad has taken over his train of thought.

Liam finally answered his call as he walked out of his captain's office. "Why didn't you pick up my call earlier?" He asked as he got to his desk.

"Talking to my dad, how did it go?"

Liam nodded. "It went well. We got them all, and no one escaped. We also confiscated all the drugs in their hold."

"That's good news. Have you gotten any information from them?"

Liam shook his head. "That's the problem. No one is talking. They're all quiet."

"They're probably scared."

"Still, we're trying to get information from them. We caught them red-handed, there's nothing they can do to get themselves out of it."

Alex nodded. "Alright. Just keep me updated."

"I will."
