Chapter 14

Clara after signing the contract helped Andrew with his problems. She was still unsure why he had her sign such a contract. She thought that he must’ve lost his mind during the crisis.

As soon as she started working she totally forgot about the contract. She was completely focused on the work at hand.

Andrew and Clara worked together to find a few small solutions. They worked for hours and eventually forgot to eat anything. Hours went by quickly as they were so immersed in their work.

Andrew's eyes felt tired from looking at the screen for a long time. He looked at the time. It was 4 AM already. He had worked the entire day without resting for a bit. He closed his eyes and rubbed them gently. Then he looked at Clara.

Clara had fallen asleep on the sofa, in a sitting position, while reading a document.

He got up and silently walked up to her. He took the papers she was holding in her hand and laid her down on the sofa
