Chapter 37
Clara woke up when she heard Andrew mumble and struggle. She looked at him and saw that he was having a nightmare. She sat up quickly and tried to wake him holding the blanket over her chest.
“Andrew, wake up.” She shook him.
He was still having a nightmare. He had a painful expression and had cold sweat on his forehead.
“Andrew, wake up!” She said louder and shook him harder.
His eyes flew open as he woke up from the terrible nightmare. He looked at Clara breathing heavily. He then got up and hugged her. He was frightened by what he saw.
“Hey, it’s okay it was just a nightmare.” She hugged him back and comforted him.
“Don’t leave me. Don’t go away.” He told her, hugging her even tighter.
“I’m not going anywhere. Shhh.” She patted his back.
After a while when he calmed down he leaned back and looked at her.
“Are you feeling better?” she asked caressing his cheek and looking at his eyes.

Andrew called Clara again when he got home, but she again didn’t pick. It was pretty late so he thought that she might have gone to sleep. He changed his clothes and went to bed.
