Evelyn's POV
The moment I entered the room, I decided to turn back around and rather die in hands of Xavier or be a beggar on the road.
"Uh uh where you going?" Janice turned me back around, hooking her arm over my shoulder.
"Just... on a little stroll. Yeah." I tried to play with excuses knowing I suck at them.
Even Clara is smart at giving excuses. Well her life is an excuse itself.
"In this weather?" Janice raised her brows at me expectantly looking for an answer or she was just bemused and played along to my act of escape.
I stammered, "Uh... Yeah 'cause why not?"

If this thing had gone through alternations then... how dangerous is the first one?!"Wait-" Before I could stop her, she pricked my finger with the tip of the knife.I hissed, pulling away my hand and about to wipe the blood off but she Clara grabbed my hand back again and pulled it to her."We need this blood to find about Xavier." Evelyn's POV I stayed wide awake, staring at the coffee stained ceiling? Wait How did the coffee even reached up there? Nevermind, forget about coffee stains.
