Chapter 4.1: Azaria Academy

The most prestigious and untouchable clan in the world, Blue Pegasus has been a home for notorious reapers or assassins. Above all, they have been lead by a leader called Grand master. The grand master has all the command of all of the mission and work inside the Villa. In her/his side is a council. A council is mostly contain of main family and higher ranking officials of the clan. The main purpose of the council is to help the grand master for the concern of the villa, planning a mission and everything that may benefits the clan.

The Arceneaux family who had been the founder of the clan had passed down the high position to the best candidate, generation to generation. The current grand master of the Blue Pegasus is Edward Arceneaux our dearly, merciless father.
