The light from the same moon that shone on Violet and Lucian came in through the window of Lester's bedroom in his castle. Lester was sitting on the sofa in the room, crossing his legs with his index finger on his lips while his thumb on his chin. His eyes sparkled devilishly, thinking about Violet. He couldn't get her out of his mind, even for a second. Her beauty has cursed him, driving him crazy about her.

He was like a hungry demon wolf who wanted so badly to eat the beautiful rabbit he loved the most, but unfortunately, he did not know that another demon wolf had eaten the rabbit.

The sound of someone knocking on the bedroom door broke through his thoughts, making him look at the door. “Come in,” he said. The butler, along with a young maid, walked into the room when the door opened and they both stood in front of him.
