My uncle and my mate come to my side and the words of my wolf ring in my head when I see her. ‘The bond you share with our mate and I will give you power, power only the gods possess.’ I still wonder what he meant by that.

Wolves are not normally born with powers except the white wolves, the descendants from the Moon Goddess. I believe mine is just an ordinary wolf with alpha power. He is old, yes but that does not mean he had special powers.

Also, we do not get powers from mating with our chosen ones. It just makes us feel complete, that is all. Maybe the old fossil was pulling my leg and there is no need to think about it too much.

“Are you alright?” askes my uncle making my mate close her mouth. Maybe she wanted to ask the same thi
