Staring at the ceiling. Light enters the room from a small square window inside a small cramped room. An armour stand placed in front the bed, a small table to the right just below the window, a small space for movement on the left. And a one way wooden door further to the left end of the room.
Yawning as the bits of sunlight shone open his face climbing from his soft white pillow, Lyon had woken up from his slumber. He sat down and started combing his hair with his hand before drinking a glass of water placed on the table beside him.
He stood up on the small space to the left and stared at the gray wall that was in front of him. He started tilting his head side to side counting to eighteen before shifting to his arms, then legs. It was his morning routine of stretching to start the day, before fixing the whi
"We need to go to the Forbidden Library right now!" Lyon said with a loud voice. "But-" "There's no time Princess, I need answers now!" Emotionally confused, she didn't know what to do. It may seem like an act of disrespect for someone like Lyon to order her around but she, of all people knows his situation. When she could no longer think of an answer the Princess simply nodded and helped Lyon to get back on his feet. She lifted up her dress raising its end to knee height before running like her life was on the line. Lyon followed behind her. The two passed by numerous notable people from The head maid, guards, knights, and a few nobles. But before they could even reach the library's entrance they passed by the commander who seemed to be concentrating on the book
“Who would’ve thought that Lyon would be one of the few,” Arthur said, walking from an aisle between two large shelves with a thick book in his hand. Smirking as he got closer to the two. “G-g-good Morning Commander!!” Alister immediately saluted. As he stopped his hands from feeling the wall. Arthur walked closer to them and stood beside the princess as he stared directly at the wall where the path should’ve existed. Arthur on the other hand started to giggle immediately dropping the book, leaning forward and backward with his hands on his chest and stomach pressing against his long-sleeved shirt. Tears formed in his eyes as his giggles became laughter that echoed throughout the large library. “You helped him, didn't you!! You helped him!!” He screamed.
“Shit!” Lyon cursed as he ran as fast as he could towards the stadium to find the gates closed and not a single guard was present. He could already hear the battle commencing from the outside as the participants chanted their attacks and the crowd cheered in joy.He ran around the stadium towards the other entrance but there was no one to find as well, he glanced at his surroundings. No stall could be seen as well despite the event being something that was watched by the whole kingdom. Putting a little more effort he ran on last time towards the last possible entrance. He sighed in relief as he saw stalls in the distance with people wandering around. He quickly made his way towards the entrance and was halted by one of the guards.“Ticket please” the guard asked.
Arthur was amazed by the cyclone's ability to grow to the size of a pillar in such a small time. While wind magic may not be rare, it is much harder to control and master than the other elements. Lyon struggled as he ran back and forth catching those who were thrown in the air, while protecting the still unconscious Ursula. Knights had started to interfere by defending the audiences from chunks of the flooring that was thrown by the cyclone.“Well isn’t this a wonderful scenery” Arthur said as he stood above the stone wall glancing at everyone from above.“If my citizens are harmed, you’re be the one to take all the blame, Arthur”“Of course your highness, if there is even a single death then I will surely place my head in the guillo
"Aaaarghhhh!!" She screamed in agony as her skin began to crack revealing white light from inside her body. Lyon was astounded, speechless as he watched the poor student who was meeting a very horrible end. She paused, her body standing frozen with her arms wrapped around her with her mouth wide-open revealing more of this unknown white light. "It might be rude of me to say this… but I, Arthur, Commander of the Royal Knights, Adviser to the King. Accuse your actions as treason towards the kingdom and his highness. Thus, your family shall be stripped of their noble status and become slaves. It will be passed on as long as your bloodline continues to exist. Without further ado, I shall be the one to sever your head…" Arthur announced. At one of the pathways towards the exit people started coming back, they watched as Arthur pulled out his blade. With a blink of an eye Arthur was already behind the girl with his blade
Walking down the garden pathway behind the Royal Palace, hands held each other as they passed by the green leaves of the bushes, was the pair of a young Lyon and a soon to be Commander Arthur.. Birds were humming as the summer breeze blew against them, the sun was only a few hours away from its peak.“Commander Arthur. May I ask a question?”“C-commander?! Lyon, you know very well that I am still just a captain”“But you did say that sooner or later you’re going to be a commander?”Arthur smirked as he rigorously brushed Lyon’s long black hair. Lyon looked at him with a confused look.
Metoki took out a small knife from his pocket and pointed it at Lyon. Eyes filled with rage, Lyon placed his hands on the side of his waist. Bent his knees and recreated the pose Ursula made in their fight. He took in deep breaths as Metoki charged towards him holding the knife above his head.“Fire Magic… Expanding Flam-”A sudden shock ran around his body, blood leaked out of his mouth. He felt a strong sting on his abdomen, it was only then when he looked at his stomach did he realize something. There were three needles that pierced his skin.It contained various colored liquids that were already half-empty. The pain he was feeling continued to increase as his legs began shaking. But despite his current situation, he could still barely dodge the k
Wearing a plain white halter lace dress with a keyhole around the chest. A warm smile filled her face, rosy lips, a white skin that was near to being pale, and eyes that were as green as grass. She sat in front of Lyon as the wind blew against her long white silky hair. She was perfect. Her magic was better than the reset just by looking at her aura. Her mana was the purest amongst everyone Lyon’s eyes had set on. The sparkle could be seen through Lyon’s eye, yet, the appearance of Jiniya would always come to mind.In comparison, Jiniya had more of a fierce look. Her blue eyes reflected the ocean as her hair represented its depths. Lyon’s eyes found flaws within Jiniya’s mana but on her, the woman in front of him. His eyes couldn’t find any, she was that perfect.
