I averted my gaze without giving her a reaction.

"For talking about something which does not belong to you." Adrian's voice was still loud and clear, and no emotion was detected. He sounded like a King. A leader.

I swallowed. I couldn't help but feel guilty for their punishments, and I didn't know why. If another human woman was here in my place, they would have done the same to her. If the servant wasn't there, I would be bleeding out on the forest floor right now. It was just so.. visual.

He asked out loud, walking around the three demons. I looked down in embarrassment. "Adrian. I might have a better idea of what to cut off next." Micah loudly announced.
