I steered Asta to the right and she obliged with a steady walk. Scanning the area, I let out a soft breath when I saw the servant still lying by the tree. Forgotten about. I steered Asta closer to the boy and she sniffed the area with interest. I petted her neck and had a moment of silence for the boy in front of me.

I turned back to see Adrian standing in the middle of the forest, fully dressed and looking as Kingly as ever.

"Good morning." I said back. "What are you doing here?" He asked me. He scanned me on top of Asta but didn't say a word. I looked at the boy again. "He saved my life yesterday." I softly said. Adrian scanned the boy with interest. "His family will be paid for it." He spoke.
