Chapter One
ROCHELLE
Rule number one of dating your crush: Never, ever, accept to be in an open relationship.
I headed to SilverStone Academy, a big bouquet of flowers in my hand, chocolate bars and a very expensive perfume that took more than half of my savings.
All to surprise my boyfriend on our first anniversary. As I walked past the students, their eyes followed me.
“What is the omega doing this time?”
“Is this a new way of seeking attention?”
“I bet you the flowers are for Alpha Darren. She's always shamelessly throwing herself at him. Doing everything to get him to look at her.”
“Well, what do you expect when a lowly worthless omega is admitted into a school for royalty?”
My fingers curled tightly around the bouquet and at that moment, all I wanted to do was turn around and yell that their precious Alpha Darren was my freaking boyfriend.
But I couldn't. He made me promise not to and I couldn't afford to get him mad on our special day. Besides, if I tried to defend myself, I might just end up attracting those bullies.
I wanted today to go as perfectly as possible.
My life in Silverstone has been hell since the first day I stepped in it. The minute I was sniffed out as an omega in a school for Alpha bloods, I officially became the object of humiliation and entertainment for Silverstone.
I was beaten up, humiliated, and stripped of everything. Until one day, a set of beautiful brown eyes rested on me. I was covered in mud from head to toe and my glasses were missing. All I could do was cry as they laughed, until a white handkerchief wiped my face gently.
At first, I had assumed it was my imagination but the gasps from the crowd confirmed it was indeed real. Prince Darren, the Alpha Prince of Silverstone pack, was crouched over me, fixing my perfectly wiped glasses back on my face.
And right before everyone, he offered me a hand. It was love at first sight.
Even now, the mere thought of it made my cheeks flame.
I headed to the bleachers where he usually hung out every morning with his friends. From where I stood, it seemed he was alone so I quickly hurried to him.
“Darren!” I called with excitement as I ran over, but just then, a girl's head popped up and I froze in my tracks. She licked her lips like she had been doing something down there and straddled him.
My heart squeezed tightly as he wrapped his arms around her and kissed her. The bouquet dropped as tears began to gather in my eyes.
Why… Why would he do this? On our anniversary? It's not like he forgot. We texted last night, talked about all the things we were going to do today and the first thing he does this morning is kiss another girl?
Before the tears could roll down my cheeks, a hand suddenly draped over my shoulders and another grabbed my hair.
“Hey, look! It's our little playmate,” a voice taunted, and I instantly recognised it as Baxi, one of Darren's notorious friends.
“Mind explaining what you're doing here so early in the morning, Anderson?” Liam, the one who grabbed my hair asked.
“Is that a bouquet?” Baxi suddenly snorted, and I snapped out of my daze and immediately pulled myself from them, grabbing the flowers before they could think of destroying them. Before I got it off, Baxi stepped on my hand and I let out a wince. The action made them laugh and he applied more pressure.
“Stop, please…” I pleaded.
“Hey Darren, look who we have here,” Liam yelled and Darren pulled away from the kiss, his head turning to us. All I wanted to do at this moment was turn on my heels and run away but they wouldn't let me.
“Go ahead,” Baxi smirked, releasing me. My hand was already red and hurting badly. “You came here for a reason right?”
“Rochelle,” Darren called out and my body went stiff. “Come over here,” he ordered.
My fists clenched so hard that they began to hurt. I blinked back the tears and walked over to him. On getting there, I suddenly realised who she was.
Sophia Watson. The school's beauty icon. The day she got admitted into Silverstone was the very day Darren asked for an open relationship, as if being secret wasn't torture enough.
“What are those?” Sophia asked, her blue eyes shooting daggers at me. I didn't pay any attention to her. After all, she wasn't the first girl Darren had cheated on me with.
Before, he used to have the decency to keep it away from me, but now, he didn't mind doing it in my face.
Darren stood up, his face devoid of any form of remorse.
“It's actually a surprise, baby”, he answered for me, with a sickeningly sweet smile on his face. “You know today is your birthday so I thought, what do I have to do to make you happy?”
My blood ran cold as my lips parted in shock. He reached for the bouquet in my hands, attempting to take it from me. I stared at him in confusion as I held on to the bouquet but then he snatched it from me and got down on one knee.
“Happy birthday, sweetheart,” he said and she squealed in excitement. Tears stung my eyes, but I fought to keep them at bay.
“Wow, I did not see that coming,” Liam chuckled. “So you are just a delivery girl. Why didn't you say so earlier? We almost ruined those flowers.”
“I wonder what else you have here,” Liam muttered, reaching for my backpack.
“No, you can't…” I tried to protest, but he simply pulled me roughly. In all this, Darren simply watched. Just like everyone else in school, his friends knew nothing about our relationship and he wanted to keep it that way.
He claimed, just like the girls in school, they would make my life even more miserable. How foolish I was to believe that.
My bag was opened and they brought out the gift bag containing the bar and perfume. I purposely didn't add any tags to it because I wanted to protect him in case someone found it. Now, I regret that decision.
“Is that from me?” Sophia gasped.
“No, it's not…” I was saying when Darren cut me short.
“Of course, sweetheart, you didn't think I would just gift you flowers, did you?”
Anger coursed through my veins. He was going to give a gift I got for him to another girl.
“Darren…”
“It's Alpha Darren,” he coldly corrected. “You may leave now. You’ve served your purpose. I’ll let you know when I need you again.”
The words pierced through my heart and the tears came pouring down. I turned away immediately, running from the humiliating scene he just made of me.
**************
“You need to calm down, Rochelle. At this point, you're overreacting,” Darren huffed. It was evening now, and we were currently at the restaurant I had booked for us to celebrate our one-year relationship.
“I am overreacting?” I repeated, stunned by the audacity. “You humiliated me before your friends and gave the present I got you to another girl and you call that overreacting?”
“I'm a boy, Rochelle. I have no use for flowers. I never asked you to get me anything either!” He retorted and my heart broke even more.
“Really?” my voice cracked. “That is all you have to say?”
He let out a sigh and stepped forward, cupping my face gently. “Listen, Rochelle, I am doing all of this for you. I chose a secret relationship because your life is already hell in Silverstone. If they found out you are dating an Alpha, especially one who is very hot and popular, you are done for. I can't let you go through something like that.”
A tear slid down my cheeks. He had a point.
“But that is not enough reason for you to disrespect me like that. You cheat on me every day with countless girls, Darren. Am I not enough for you?” I asked.
“Come on, baby, don't do that to me. Don't you think it'll be rather suspicious if the school playboy suddenly ignores attention from other girls? I didn't want them to get suspicious and start digging and eventually find out that I am head over heels for you,” he said and I bit my lip.
“I… I don't like it…” I sniffled.
“Baby, the reason I asked you for an open relationship is so it wouldn't feel like I'm cheating on you. You told me you're not ready for sex and I am just trying to respect that decision. I'm doing all this for you, trust me,” he said softly. “As for the anniversary present, none of it matters. I have you and as long as we get to spend time together, that is enough for me.”
His words made me feel warm but I wasn't satisfied just yet.
“What do I have to do for you to cut off the other girls?” I asked and he frowned. “I know I accepted the open relationship already but I thought I could handle it. I can't stand seeing you with other girls, Darren. Tell me anything, I'll do it, please?”
“Anything?” He raised a brow.
“Yes, anything,” I said and I meant it, even if I had to sleep with him.
“You know the girls in school are very sophisticated, sexy and know just how to a man on…’’ he started and I gulped. “I want you to show me that you are better. That you are worth keeping.”
“Right now?” I asked, glancing around warily.
“Of course not,” he laughed. “When we go back to my place.”
I bit my lip nervously.
“Don't worry pumpkin, I'm not going to do anything you don't want.”
After dinner, we headed back to his place as planned. I was sceptical all the way, contemplating, wondering if this was the best decision, after all. When we finally got to his place, my nervousness blew over.
It was his penthouse, where he normally threw parties on weekends and sometimes when he felt like it, his weekends started on Thursday nights. And this was a Thursday.
“Uhmm… are you sure? Won't you be throwing a party tonight?” I asked him.
“It's our anniversary, baby. Why would I throw a party? I want to spend it with only you,” he said softly and I found myself smiling.
We took the elevator and headed to the last floor. The place was just as big and beautiful as I remembered. We had a couple of drinks and started talking. Soon, I felt light-hearted and a little dizzy.
“Now, about that thing we discussed,” Darren said suddenly, “Are you ready?”
I giggled, barely feeling nervous. “Yessssss!”
“Good,” he smirked. “Now take off your clothes and show me what I've been missing out on.”
Just as I began taking off my clothes, I saw him taking out his phone to set it on the table.
“What is that?” I slurred.
“Just trying to capture this beautiful moment so I can relive it anytime I want. That's okay right?” He asked, but my brain couldn't fully process what he was saying, so I just said yes.
My clothes were completely gone now and I was left in my underwear. He sat on the couch opposite me and crossed his legs, watching me with a mischievous smile.
“Go ahead, sweetheart,” he urged. “I want to see you touch yourself. Go wild for me.”
I climbed onto the couch, staring at him and giggling like a fool as I got ready to entertain him.
Everything else passed in a blur.
CHAPTER 39(Rochelle Pov)Confrontation Evander remained by the window, a rigid, defeated silhouette. The distant voice of Thalia had faded slightly, but the tension in the room remained razor-sharp. Ryker’s hand had been heavy and dismissive on my thigh, grounding me in the center of their conflict.“You call this a sacrifice,” Evander finally bit out, his voice low and laced with frustrated venom. “I call it damage control.”Ryker sighed, a sound of supreme boredom. He finally lifted his hand from me, turning slightly to fix his twin with a cold, analytical stare. “A sacrifice is when you give up something valuable for a necessary gain. You are sacrificing your own dignity, Evander, for a girl who treats you like a temporary placeholder.”Evander pushed off the window frame, taking a step toward the bed. “You think I don’t know that? The dignity is irrelevant. The point is, she still has to date one of us. Or else.”The last two words hung in the air, heavy with unspoken danger. I
CHAPTER 38(Rochelle Pov)Slow Strokes part 111The exhibit room was silenced, but the noise in my head was deafening. The initial terror was now a cold, shaky numbness. After Aidan’s final, detached command—the one that had sealed my fate and their victory—Ryker and Evander had moved with clinical efficiency. They hadn't apologized, hadn't offered a word of comfort. They simply guided me to the small, cold washroom adjoining the exhibit, handed me a towel, and waited. The water did little to wash away the shame, only dissolving the physical evidence. When I emerged, red-eyed and trembling, they didn't wait for me to dress completely. Ryker simply tossed my blouse and skirt to me and led the way, Evander following close behind, his gaze fixed on the floor. The movement through the mansion was a blur. Up grand, curving staircases and past halls lined with more unsettling, expensive art. The wealth felt less intimidating now; it just felt heavy, a gilded cage.We reached a massive prim
CHAPTER 37 (Rochelle Pov)Slow Strokes part 11Evander’s cock began to soften slightly, and with a soft, wet pull, he slipped it free. The sudden release of pressure was a shock, but the ordeal wasn’t over.Ryker immediately intensified his action. With Evander’s cock gone, he drove his own deeper, taking the vacated space, pounding away at my face with a brutal focus.“Oh, what a slut, you debt-paying whore,” Ryker ground out, his voice thick with a triumphant mixture of lust and scorn. “This is exactly what you owe. Keep sucking, keep sucking, I’m coming!”Evander, still breathing raggedly, didn’t leave. He began to rub the tip of his now-softened cock across my cheek, smearing the fluid that had spilled there. His hand slid to the back of my head, holding me in place, forcing my gaze to the dark figures in the room.Ryker’s body began to shudder, his climax a vicious, demanding explosion. The final, forceful wave slammed into my mouth, scalding and immense. It was a suffocating
CHAPTER 36 (Rochelle Pov)Slow Strokes Part 1The command had been given, the position secured, and the silence in the exhibit room was thick with anticipation. My hands were trapped behind me, pressed hard against my own flesh, forcing my chest out as Evander’s mouth continued its punishing work. It was a rhythmic, demanding pressure that refused to be ignored.Ryker watched, an immobile shadow, but his voice cut through the darkness, low and possessive. “Keep see the rhythm Evander, Keep that pace, can't wait for her to dam to burst”Evander pulled back, his breath ragged, leaving my skin glistening and heated. He was breathing like a man starving, and I was the only thing on the menu. He dipped his head, and I could feel the movement, not of his mouth, but of his fingers ripping the remaining of his pants open.I bit back a gasp as the heat of his erection pressed against my thigh. I could feel the rock-hard length pulsing through the thin layer of his boxer briefs. There was no t
CHAPTER 35(Rochelle Pov)Lust FilledThe rope felt coarse and alien against my skin, a tangible symbol of the invisible debt I now carried. It wasn't tight, but the promise of what it could do was suffocating. I kept my gaze locked on the collar of Ryker's shirt, unable to look him in the eye as he stood impossibly close."The third lesson," Ryker continued, his fingers brushing the rope's braid near my shoulder, "is vulnerability. You can’t fight us, Rochelle. You just proved that by obeying what your mind wanted to refuse. I could ask you for anything, and you would give it."My throat tightened, a painful lump forming beneath the rope. "I won't break," I whispered, the words barely audible.Ryker let out a soft, low sound that was halfway between a laugh and a sigh. "I don’t want you to break, sweetheart. I want you to bend. There’s a difference."I stood in the center of the exhibit room, the naked, exposed center, but the lights were suddenly off. We were submerged in a suffocat
Chapter 34Rochelle’s POV The Deal with the DevilI shot him a glare. “You could’ve told me exactly what you planned to say.”“Where’s the fun in that?”Ryker opened the car door and gestured for me to get in. “Come on, Rochelle. Time to pay your dues.”I froze. “You’re really serious about that?”He leaned slightly closer, voice low enough for only me to hear. “Very.”There was a teasing curve to his lips, but his tone carried something else underneath, a quiet finality that made my stomach tighten.Evander just grinned and got into the front seat. For a brief second, I considered running back inside, locking the door, pretending I never opened it.But then Ryker’s eyes met mine cool, sharp, unreadable and somehow, my feet moved on their own.I climbed back into the car.The door shut behind me with a solid click, and Ryker started the engine. It wasn’t that long until we pulled into the driveway.I was at their house, no, calling it a house felt wrong. It was more like an estate, s
