"No, I do not accept you as my husband and mate." I uttered for the second time so it wouldn't be like he was overhearing things. I meant it.

"Arianna, what are you doing?" My mum pulled the hem of my wedding dress as my relaxed eyes bored into Logan's confused ones.

Dressed as a Barbie, I just rejected my mate in front of the entire pack and I kind of loved the way gasps filled the hall. It was like music and healing to my already hurting and distressed soul.

"Ari, what do you mean?" Logan took a step closer up to me and grabbed my hands. I guess he is wondering the cause of my sudden action.

"I mean that I'm not getting married to you Logan, infact; i have another surprise." I walked off the altar and went to an empty seat where I had placed my purse.

Pulling out an envelope, I ascended the altar again and pushed it into his hands.

"I think it's best if you open up your present now." He was skeptical as he raised a brow and received the envelope. I smiled reassuring him as he began to unseal it.

"I hope this is a joke, Ari. My heart is racing right now." Fucking asshole, what a liar.

I bet he'll be surprised when he sees my surprise.

"Ari, we can talk about this." Once he caught glimpse of the contents of the envelope, he shifted uncomfortably and closed the envelope up.

Off course, who would want to hear that the Alpha's son was having a one night stand just few days to his wedding? And he was having it with my cousin no less which makes it all the more outrageous.

When I had found them few days ago, everything I believed in came crashing down to my feet but I tried my best to pull myself together and think on that situation.

They were so engrossed in their sexual act that they didn't notice they had been caught.

I quickly ran back and fished out my camera that I usually used as leisure to take few pictures.

So guess his surprise seeing his naked self on my cousin sister in a photo.

"Actually...Logan, I don't think we can talk about anything." He took few steps towards me and I as well, took few steps away from him.

"I do not accept, Logan Silverstone; Next in line Alpha of the Red Oak Pack." I stood in front of the podium and exclaimed it for the entire pack to hear me loud and clear.

"Sis, why are you doing this? He is the Alpha's son." My cousin ran forward and I used a hand to block her from reaching me.

"Did you even think that I was getting married to him when you both hooked up?" The crowd gasped and from the corner of my eye, I saw the Alpha stand up abruptly.

Exactly the reaction I'm looking for.

"Yes, your next in line Alpha slept with the cousin of his betrothed. I mean, how bleak is that?" I placed my hands on my waist enjoying the moment when I felt a hot sting on my cheek.

"How dare you insult the Alpha house in this manner?" And yet again another slap from the Luna of our pack. She is really supporting her son even when she can see that he was wrong and is a cheater.

I had such huge respect for her but she just trampled on it with her actions. What happened to being a mother figure for all?

"How dare you try to humiliate my son like this?" She yelled yet again and was about hitting me when I shifted my face and she slapped into mid air making her loose her balance a bit.

"I didn't humiliate your son, he humiliated himself by being a cheater and a liar." I whimpered with my heads bowed because it was considered treason that I look the Luna in her eye.

"You dare talk back at me? Guards give her 30 lashes of the whip." Before I could comprehend what was unfolding, I was grasped by two strong men who forced me to my knees while both my hands were chained at my back.

"Why? I didn't do anything." I cried out when the first lash came in contact with my back.

No one dared say a word, not even my parents as I was punished for saying the truth to the whole pack that their next Alpha was a punk ass who didn't know how to keep his penis inside of his pants.

The second lash and I gritted my teeth. I wasn't yelling or shrieking because pain had made my entire body numb. Tears was just flowing out of my eyes as blood gushed out from each seared flesh that the stroke caused.

After 30 lashes, the guards unchained me and I fell to the ground.

Logan came closer to me and squatted, leaning into my ears, he whispered; "I didn't even want to get mated with you in the first place, I don't know why the moon goddess would think that you're fit enough to be my future Luna. You look like a pig suffering from obesity." My heart clenched and my eyes brimmed with tears as I looked up at him.

So this was what all this was about? The fact that I was fat! The fact that I was overweight? That's why he cheated on me? He actually cheated on me because of something so trivial? Unbelievable.

"So every other time since we discovered we were mates was all a lie right? All those talk of you loving me?" He smirked and tilted his head to a side.

"Actually—"

"I don't need an explanation, it's no use." I tried standing up but failed and no one was even making the attempt to help me.

Nobody wanted the royal home to render hate on them.

I turned to my parents and saw my mum take a step and I shook my head in negativity. If she helped me, she would be doomed and I didn't want that.

"By the order of the Alpha, Arianna Nor is hereby banished from the Red Oak Pack. Never to step foot in till the expiration of 4 years." My eyes widened as I turned to stare at the Alpha.
