CLAIRE's POV

I ached all over, muscles straining, and bones weary. I could not seem to move a finger in fear of the searing pain that would overcome me.

I was almost starting to regret ever joining the game, I had no idea that it would be this crazy, this gruesome. This painful.

I was swollen all over. But somehow I was already starting to heal from most of the minor injuries.

A small but pathetic and pained whimper left my lips as I felt the crowd go silent, watching, waiting to see if I would stand or if I was injured or maybe even dead.

With the silence, a pin drop would be heard from miles away. I wondered what Domink would think, I wondered how he would feel, if he would be happy that I was finally gone. I wished to see his face. I wished to see him and see the look he had on his face while he watched me beaten up and all bruised.
